WORST STAY

Hotel staff was so rude and unprofessional they even don't know what they are saying and most important every one give u a different information which is always wrong.

There was no water in the bathroom taps and when I ask for water they given me a half bucket of water after telling them 3 times and when I asked when we get the water in the tap they said they don't know.

Power back up was so bad if light will gone it will come only after 30 mins never before that.

Ac was very bad and doing so much noise and not colling propely.

I have stayed for 2 nights but no one came for room cleaning, even they don't bothered to ask for a room cleaning and when I ask they says sorry we have less staff.

When I ask for WIFI reception guy denied that they don't have wifi

They charge me 50 rs per bottle of water and no one told me that water will be on chargeable bases, even they have to inform me @ the time of check in but they didn't have so I have paid for 9 bottles at the time of check out.

The most important when I have asked for late check out till 1 ' o clok reception guys rudely denied and says u have to check out @ 12 or before that, but when I have booked the hotel from agoda then check out time mentioned is 01:00 pm.

THIS IS REALLY A WORST STAY. I HAVE NEVER EVER STAYED IN A HOTEL LIKE THIS. THEY ARE REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF WORKING IN THIS HOTEL.

IT'S MY PERSONAL OPINION PLEASE DON'T EVER THINK TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL. PATHETIC HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNEDUCATED PEOPLES WHERE WORKING...
