The most pathetic place ever... Can't even place an order correctly and then try to impose... They forget that it's not the one time tourist who visit... There are locals as well and the expectations gets ruined....no courtesy to acknowledge the mistake... Would not recommend... Especially for out of town people who come here expecting good service... Only the location is what this place sells...🤬

Regards to your below reply, Let me correct that we had placed directly main course order which didn't have any starters item and then after sometime we where told to again place our order as your system had not taken the same.. the order had no starters and you can check the same... After repeating and placing the order 2nd time again which also didn't have any starters item, we then immediately told them to hold the same and cancel as we were already frustrated with the service until then as your servers were not well versed with the menu and the contents of the dishes served...

It was then we decided to only having the starters which was now actually first time ordered for only starter 2 items but we were served 3 starters items above that it was the crowd of your 2-3 servers that offensively surrounded our table and starting to impose that it's our fault... U can't expect a patient reply then as far is decorum is concerned ... As far is paying the bill is concerned it's was never about the money or not paying bill... The entire bill was paid, even for the food that was not ordered... Its about the dissatisfaction and poor services....

And truly it's my fault that I visited your eatery in first place to end up spoiling my family dinner night... Rest be assured the mistakes will never ever be repeated ... Nor my family and friends we repeat the...

My recent visit to this restaurant with my family was extremely disappointing. We started by ordering two lemon sodas, and after a long wait, they finally arrived. Shockingly, I noticed hair floating on top of one of the glasses. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they dismissed it by saying it wasn't human hair but a piece of mint pudina, which felt like a poor excuse rather than a sincere apology.

Next, we ordered our main course. Again, the service was painfully slow. When the food finally arrived, it was a major letdown. The Mushroom Masala was essentially just tomato gravy with a few mushrooms thrown in, and it had an unpleasant, spoiled smell. The Dal Makhani wasn’t much better. Overall, the food quality was terrible, and the long wait time only added to our frustration. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to receive a single piece of bread.

Despite the subpar experience, the final bill came to ₹2,699 — for just two lemon sodas, two Dal Makhani, one Mushroom Masala, a few breads, and some rice. The prices are outrageously high considering the poor service and food quality.

What made things worse was the attitude of the kitchen staff, who insisted we accept the food even though we clearly expressed our dissatisfaction with the quality and delays.

People told me about their bad food experience at this place, so I tried it myself and loved whatever I had.. Mediterranean Vegetable pizza and White sauce pasta ( veg) were delicious

Beverages were too good..i especially loved Cranberry peach cyclone ( iced tea), will give it full stars.. Oreo shake was perfect.. wild mojito too good..overall ambience and service 5star ..i even loved the plates ..quite different

Will surely try more food next time to review

*Second visit We had chilli chicken (gravy) and veg hakka noodles..tasted good .i was satisfied..i also had raspberry iced tea ( forgot to take a picture though) , iced teas are always a safe option..loved my experience

*Third visit Tried Pina colada for the first time and loved it . absolute delight . Had dal makhani, mixed veg sabji, raita ,rice and butter naan.complete meal... couldn't finish (we were three). Good place .i love Himalayan roots

*Fourth visit Had Kadhai paneer, Subz Masala and naan and tandoori rotis..We are three in number and still some of subzi was left.. Loved the food alongwith green chutney and pyaz.. Great service by staff and absolutely beautiful decor esp outside to click pictures etc
