I recently ordered from your pizza Hut store, and unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and soggy, like it had been sitting around for much longer than necessary.ordered 2 pizzas. 1- chatpata onion chill tomato 2- onion capsicum The whole pizza - the chillies which are there are completely burnt and the foul smell is coming out of the pizza. Just like the name of this pizza, it is not at all . "Flavourless" The second pizza - the capsicum was also completely burnt and had the same foul smell. The toppings were sparse, and the crust was way too chewy instead of crispy.For the price, I expected much better quality and service. My money was waste and also spoiled my mood . Won't be ordering...

I visited Pizza Hut Haldwani recently and had a very disappointing experience. The staff did not seem alert while preparing the order — I had to wait 30 minutes just for a pizza. The worst part is that the restaurant has no working air conditioning. When I asked the staff, they said the AC had broken down a few days ago. But after checking online reviews, I found that customers have been complaining about the same issue since last year. Clearly, no action has been taken to fix it.

Overall, the service was slow, the environment was uncomfortable, and the management doesn’t seem to care about customer experience. Definitely the worst place to eat pizza...

Bad first experience.Toppings were missing and the remaining toppings were for the namesake and we felt like cheated coz after spending so much money we arent getting what we are paying for. We came to pizza hut coz Dominos was packed so we thought of going to pizza hut but now we think we made a wrong choice. Such an unprofessional attitude of the staff.Gods knows if they are doing same to others as well.Moreover guys the pizza here is very expensive than dominos and not so good in taste as well.So guys i wont recommend pizza hut to anyone...
