I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel North House in Uttarakhand and I must say that it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well-appointed with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay.

What really sets Hotel North House apart, however, is the level of service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, from restaurant recommendations to help booking local tours and activities. They were always available to answer my questions and offer assistance, and their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel like a valued guest.

very bad experience. when you reached there you will found the behavior of receptionist is rude. when you enter in the room then you will found the room is decent but twist is when you order something then it take long time and if you order lunch or dinner then it will take hours and if you complaint them for long time then also their behavior is so rude. after facing all these problems when you start eating your food then you will found the food is tasteless. after got upset with food when you order something in desert then also you will found that tasteless. after facing all these when you are going to check-out the they will give you a huge bill for very small things also maybe they will add the bill for toilet water also if its in their hand. Substandard service. Rooms are small. I booked a suite room with breakfast for more than Rs. 6000. They gave a normal room which would come at 2500 and breakfast is served in room which has very limited options. I requested for fruit-cuts and fruit juice and the receptionist was very rude and arrogant and said they do not give such things. I did not take breakfast and they denied to refund the additional amount paid. I was surprised to hear that they have no connection with their own website.
