Hotel Sky Pie — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

It was a splendid stay for us at Hotel Skypie. They were very warm and accommodating with us from the very start until the end of our stay. We stayed there for a week with our puppy and had no issues at all. There were times that our puppy had littered on the property, and strolled in their private residential area but despite all of it, they always took care of him as their own and always kept him cheerfully. The owner Dinesh Chaudhary spared time to understand what we had on our daily agenda and how he could help us with facilitation. Also, he checked up on us at the end of the day every day to make sure we were doing okay. Additionally, they have an excellent support staff(special mention to Rahul) and we were overjoyed with the prompt service and resolutions. They also had a great ambiance on the property with the hill view from all the balconies(definitely higher floors had better views) and there was a bonfire facilitated every night in the open area and great music in the background. The restaurant had great food which was fairly priced. I would recommend this property for your next trip to Himachal/Mcleodganj/Bhagsunath. Keep it up...

I can't say enough good things about Sky Pie and its owner/managers, Dinesh and Ashu. They have done a fantastic job making our stay a perfect vacation. My friends and I planned to spend a weekend only but ended up staying for two weeks. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special. Everyone had a smile on their face and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. They made sure that we made the best out of our stay here. They are like one click away option for everything, booked us an excellent tour of the city, trek to Triund, Paragliding and a lot more. We were welcomed every evening to play some music and slowly. It started feeling like a small family. The food is simply excellent.

We stayed at both dorms and private rooms, and both are comfortable and incredibly well designed. The staff is so generous, and there is no shortage of willing participants. Even the cooks in the kitchen offered to help from time to time.

Firstly their budget room is not having any TV and room is quite opposite of what is shown online. We shifted to Semi Deluxe in which TV was again not working. Later we're shifted to another room but in that room WC flush was not working. Staff - Their service staff is quite arrogant. They didn't even smile (don't want to mention name) while service it seems they are been forced to serve food to us. I had to call atleast 5 times for drinking water and the reason they gave for this kind of service is that the we are working with less and untrained staff as I had to look after their HR dept. Food - In their menu they have listed veg thali and non veg thali, when checked they said the same is not available. We ordered fried rice, chapati and chicken curry but it was awful. Chapati which they served was burnt and our bad luck that we don't have sufficient time to move out for dinner. Fried Rice were made by some newly joined chef.
