I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was in a terrible state, far below even the most basic standards. The bed sheets were filthy, with stains that made me question if they were ever washed. The towel provided resembled a floor cleaning rag—thin, discolored, and completely unfit for use. The washroom was equally appalling: dirty, smelly, and lacking even basic essentials like soap or face wash. It felt as though no effort was made to clean or maintain it for guests.

The reception person lacks professionalism and focus on their duties. Instead of handling their work efficiently, they were busy with personal tasks, completely ignoring the customers. Despite having booked my room an hour earlier, I had to wait for 1-2 hours to finally get my room. This level of service is highly disappointing.

I left the room within 5 minutes of checking in, and the worst part is that I didn’t even receive a refund from Goibibo.

Overall, this was one of the worst stays...

What can I say? This is one the best stays that i have come across in Hyderabad. A big thanks to Mr Koti for making it even more comfortable and easy going. The place is really great with a lot of amenities and it's very near to hi-tech city where most of the companies are situated. The place is very peaceful and the rooms are very neat and tidy. Proper cleaning and maintenance from time to time.

And also a big thanks for Mr Koti and Mr Keerthi once again for providing me with the early checkin, without any extra cost. Most people would charge extra, but Mr Koti and Keerthi said, "if the room is available we'll provide you with free of cost".
