One of the worst and disgusting experience I ever had. I booked the room via agoda and price for 2 nights as per agoda was 1742. As check in time as per the property is 11 am they charged us Rs. 500 extra since I came around 9 am.
The receptionist Mr. Zain checked in by asking me to pay Rs. 2000 and alloted me a room. Later he called me by saying my stay is only for a day. Then I clarified him by saying about my booking details and he started asking me 1500 extra.
Also he is telling me to speak with agoda customer service? Is this my fault of booking the hotel via agoda? It should be the property responsibility to contact and rectify if they have an issue.
The receptionist was so rude and denying my booking and after loads of discussion he refunded me 1500 and took rs.500 as we stayed there for 2 hrs where most of the time i was with customer care.
I recommend not to book this hotel unless the management is clear with basic ethics of handling customers.

Fist of all, This hotel does not look as it is in pics. I booked on my visit to Hyderabad using the central reservation by calling OYO. When i visted hotel, teh arrogant receptionist declined to checkin. With family, I am no where to go after a tiring sleepless night journey. The receptionist played a trick saying i cant checkin for the price what OYO has given. And went to extent that they are not even in OYO anymore. Finally, called OYO and they agreed to pay extra amount and he obliged.
Its not about OYO paying money, after a tiring journey, no one has patience to argue and get room.
Allotted room was horrible, no proper tap. Shower was broken, Cockroaches in bathroom. You cannot afford to take cockroaches back home with your luggage.
All the staff are arrogant. No one knows how to talk to customer.

Being working in Hospitality industry, staff should be well trained and well mannered to customers. Ill-treating by the Front Office Manager will stop anyone to choose this hotel ever again. He asked me for extra cash for half-an-hour delay to checkout (and that too after three days’ stay and delay with the oral permission of staff) and when I asked for a receipt for paying cash he was not willing to give anything in writing. As it is not my policy to create an unpleasant situation I paid cash without getting any receipt and stepped out from that hotel for ever. Common wash room in first floor is nasty and dirty at all times without regular cleaning. Food was not upto the mark.
