Flies inside outlet. Table clearance not been done at all. For sure no sanitization of table post clearance( if done any) Staff not attentive to preferences of the customer. No recommendations, no suggestive selling, means zero nothing at all.

The order taker rozy to name inneed to tell her my order thrice post which she could understand what exactly I want in the offer of 1+1 for 249.

Again no ketchup at outlet, though I won't need one with pizza but should be there.

Ordered for spiced panner among the option but again mushrooms as topping came in that too.

Veggie tandoor had almost no sauce in the pizza.

Definately an impactful and serious training needs to be taken for staff members to run a well-re owned outlet at such a great location to...

i had an very disappointing Experience from this outlet don't know how they managing lady manger on duty is so rude the guest as we paying for quality & service as well they took more than 10 Minutes to take order no ac's are working in seating area. people inside the kitchen are working in slippers no Hygienic are maintain come to product which based are uncooked and no proper cheese are in pizza.. dominos is far better then this in quality...requesting to superior take action on this store...

We went to Pizza Hut for late dinner and it was a major disappointment. We placed our order and while the staff were preparing the pizza I saw he wasnt wearing any gloves also the vegetables didnt look fresh. The chicken looked so bland. The making process was very unhygienic. We asked the cashier and he told us that they maintain hygiene by washing hands. When asked to wear gloves, they didn’t unfortunately have any.
