Patangg - Vegetarian Delight — Restaurant in Hyderabad

They gift a scent bottle to the customer when going out to cover up the massive goof ups... The only thing good is a dry pan mouth refreshner they give us when we move out, it is really required after all kind of worst food we eat here.... We spoilt our party .... I would never have thought to give less stars, but only due to hype it created around with social media publicity and reviews provided on Google by others (may be some people who had conflict of interest). The restaurant could have been fit into one small shutter shop (if the owner just wants to own a hotel) with one cook, one staff to serve and clean, and the same person could do billing etc. No need to such a big place for this restaurant type quality and service... owner wasting his money... Restaurant is completely different when you real visit. Service is poorest due to staff clearly looks unhappy with management, they are tired, I do not know for what reason, may be asked to work more than they can and paid less. They do not smile. There is one person (young guy) comes running for everything every problem, sympathy to him, nobody knows anything. The food is bland, low quality, good that the servings are very small and each item ordered serves only 1-2 people even taken less. Overly priced with high spicy food. We ordered below items and ratings (0only for taste) are also as below.

Cream of Tomato Soup : 4/5 Cream of Brocoli: 1/5. This is because it's purely a Knorr soup. It is not made with Brocoli veggie. Tandoori platter : 3.5/5. It's decent Tawa Paneer : 3.5/5. It's spicy. Waiter couldn't suggest good curry when we asked for the patangg special Chur chur Nan: 0/5. Yes it's zero. This is just because they filled the stuffing with entire chillies and it was highly spicy. I got tummy pain and couldn't sleep whole night because of spice Shots of pattang : 2.5/5. There are 4 flavors among which Blue lagoon and Paan shot was decent but coco shot was just an average. Last shot was Jamun which is really not suggested drink. It's just fancy look wise but, nothing special in taste.

When we asked for few replacements (If possible in a humble manner), he was bit rude. We went little early for dinner. So, no customers. Even after 8, I couldn't notice much people. Entrance lift is from the back side of property. Ambience and service are decent. Regular North Indian food items like Naan, Kulcha, Roti, Paneer Butter Masala are good. Tomato and Corn soups are ok-ish. Brocolli and Samosa soup are very bad. Samosa soup is supposed to be chef special and display shows it beautifully, but the actual soup is a very spicy version of Manchow soup with a small tasteless samosa that is difficult to find. Regular paneer tikka was good but the chef special paneer tikka was very bad, had chutney and cheese that was not melted. Do not order anything that has cheese, they simply grate refrigerated cheese cube and do not even heat the dish properly for cheese to melt. Cheese jalapeno balls were very oil as if cooked multiple times and still the inner cheese filling was not melted. We returned one portion, they fried the same portion again and gave it to us after 15 min which still didn't have cheese properly melted. Fried rice is ok-ish but very oily.
