Hotel Trishul Grand — Hotel in Hyderabad

Every room seems to have one problem or the other. For 2 nights that I stayed I had to change my room twice - once because the room didn't have beds that can be split to two separate beds and second time due to a very noisy AC and the TV that wouldn't work. The third room that we moved into looked better than the earlier two but was infested with mosquitoes. Though we brought it to the notice of the hotel staff we didn't get a solution to the same.||2. The wifi connection is good, though several sites seem to be blocked||3. The hot water facility in the bathroom is good||4. The hotel staff in general are courteous and seem to be helpless to manage the maintenance problems in the hotel. The sales manager was quite rude in denying the favour of providing minimal available packed breakfast (which was part of complementary package) since we had to leave little early on one day.||5. Se stayed for three nights at Fab Hotel Hi-Tech city aka Hotel Kasani. We had gone for a conference to Hyderabad and booked through Fab Hotels. The hotel is quite good with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Special mention for their breakfast. Room service is a bit slow but their chicken tikka and chicken biryani deserves a special mention. We stayed as triple occupany and had a good time.|One issue is that since our flight got rescheduled, we had called Fab Hotel customer carre and informed them at least 2 weeks in advance that we need to check in one night previously and were ready to pay extra charges but even then our request was not passed onto the hotel, i.e., Hotel Kasani. So my advice is to BOOK DIRECTLY WITH KASANI GR, Hitech City and NOT THROUGH Fab Hotel as they are calllous in...

I stayed here in December 2015 while attending a Conference at Hyderabad Convention Centre, HiTech City. We stayed as triple occupancy and found our room quite spacious. WiFi speed was also very good and a special mention for their Chicken tikka and chicken biryani which we ordered twice during our stay. The breakfast was also very good with a predominantly south indian menu and the regular continental fare.Staff was very frindly. ||We booked the hotel through FabHotel, but I would recommend booking directly through Kasani as there was a communication error from the end of Fab Hotel and we had to spend a night in a lodge because our rescheduled itenary was not conveyed to them.||All in all we had a nice stay and would recommend it as a good...
