How the Scam Works: Fake Travel Bookings & Last-Minute Excuses – Some people received a one-way flight ticket, only to find out after landing that hotel bookings, return flights, and other services were never booked. Others were made to wait until the last moment, being promised refunds or tickets that never arrived. Clever Manipulation – He gains trust, delays responses, and gives emotional excuses to make you believe him. When questioned, he gives long explanations to buy more time. False Promises of Refunds – He keeps victims waiting for months, giving different deadlines and pretending to process refunds that never happen. Fake Reviews to Mislead Others – He regularly adds fake positive reviews to maintain a good rating and hide genuine complaints from victims. What You Should Do If You Were Scammed: ✔ Do not believe any further promises—many victims have been waiting for months. ✔ File a complaint at your nearest police station—more complaints will lead to stronger action. ✔ Post a review to warn others—if someone had done this earlier, many of us would have been saved. ✔ Spread awareness—he is still active and trying to scam more people.

One of the really good Tour Agency I came across... Mr Arun is always at his best .. we were a group of 3 people who planned to visit Thailand for vacation and we had only 3 days plan so we got the best customized Itinary for the places that we wanted to visit, with sight seeing and also with private transfers ... He is the only agency who also addresses queries and calls during wee hours also for any queries and that made me more convenient for communication because I get time during post late evening only ... He always made sure he never missed our calls and talking about land package ... He made sure we had on time pickups for transfers from and to airport and also for all activities I need not to collect tickets from counter, he made sure the ticket came to me without me going to get at the crowded counters .. and there was no room for errors in coordinating... As it was so quick and Swift process .. we stayed at one of the best hotels in Pattaya and Bangkok, felt very safe during our stay and finally the package pricing is definitely more affordable for 4 star properties, private transfers, tickets etc and very competitive than other agency for same services ...
