Bad behaving staff. They refused us to allocate room when we reached the hotel even making pre booking. They refused us to give room and asked to call OYO and settle. When we asked for reason , they started yelling called more staff and started threatening us. We had a terrible experience, almost around 11pm and has to leave helplessly in the middle on the night. We were new to hyderabad and did not know whom to reach out for help. Most of the times we’ve observed rooms booked via OYO, the hotel staffs has been playing with customers like this. I had a terrible experience at this hotel booked via Agoda. On arrival, the receptionist rudely insisted I provide only my Aadhaar card, even though I had other valid IDs like a driving license and voter ID. Despite government guidelines on protecting Aadhaar data, the staff refused to check me in without it. Worse, they claimed the Agoda booking rate was too low and told me to cancel. I contacted Agoda customer care, waited 35+ minutes, and was told the hotel had agreed. But again, the hotel denied me entry and pushed me to cancel. Agoda refused a refund. Experienced like home. Totally Satisfied at this price with the service, atmosphere and location.
