"A Gastronomic Nightmare: Where Dreams (and Buns) Crumble to Dust!"
Oh, what a stellar evening at this fine establishment! If disappointment were a Michelin star, this place would have three. Let me take you on a journey through this unforgettable dining experience—because trust me, I’ll never forget it.
The "Exquisite" Service The waiters here are clearly trained in the ancient art of avoiding eye contact and mastering confusion. It only took them two hours to serve our food—because why rush perfection, right? The starters arrived after the main course, proving that time is, indeed, a social construct. When questioned, the staff blamed the missing sous chef and the "rush" (though half the customers had left by then). Maybe the sous chef fled after tasting the food? Wise move.
The "Gourmet" Burger: A Study in Crumb-ology Ah, the "Potato Cheese Burger" (₹349)—a masterpiece in how to ruin potatoes and cheese. The bun had the structural integrity of a sandcastle at high tide, disintegrating into sad little crumbs at the slightest touch. Was it baked or just found behind a street vendor’s cart? The patty seemed to whisper, "I cost less than the ketchup packet."
The "Premium" Piña Colada: A Syrup-Based Tragedy My ₹299 Piña Colada was basically liquid sugar with an identity crisis. Instead of fresh pineapple and coconut, it tasted like someone dissolved a gummy bear in soda. At this point, I’d have preferred a tap water mocktail—at least it would’ve been free.
Dining in the Dark (Literally) Just when we thought things couldn’t get worse—three power cuts! We were left fumbling in the darkness like characters in a horror movie, except the only thing getting murdered was our patience. I suspect one of my colleagues took advantage of the blackout to steal half my fries—but honestly, they did me a favor.
Ambience: A Symphony of Strangers’ Conversations The tables were placed so close together, I now know more about the couple next to me’s tax problems than my own family. Combine that with awkward colleague silences (because two hours without food kills conversation), and you’ve got the perfect recipe for regret.
Final Verdict: A Masterclass in Mediocrity If you ever need to punish someone, bring them here. In fact, I’m definitely taking my school math teacher—the one who made me suffer through algebra. At least here, the suffering comes with crumbly buns and overpriced syrup cocktails.
Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star—because "zero" isn’t an option, just like "good service" here.) Would I return? Only if I develop amnesia—or a deep hatred for myself.
Bon appétit… or, in this...

Dear Bake Factory Management,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the service I recently experienced at Bake Factory for my child's birthday celebration on November 11th.
I had booked the venue two days in advance, providing all the necessary details, including the fact that we would have around 15 guests, including 10 children, and that we would arrive by 7PM. The booking was confirmed after internal discussions, and I was assured that everything would be ready for our celebration.
However, the evening took a turn for the worse. I began receiving calls from your staff at 6PM, repeatedly asking about our arrival time. Despite confirming multiple times that we would be there by 7PM, the situation went downhill when I called to place an order at 6:50PM.
To my astonishment, I was informed that pizza was unavailable because of a prior large party earlier in the 1st half of the day. This was a shock, especially since we had been in constant communication for the past hour, and no mention was made of this issue. I expressed my concern that the kids preferred pizza, but I was met with a blunt refusal, with no attempt to find a solution.
Adding to the confusion, when my father inquired about the situation upon arrival, another staff member claimed that the oven is not working, even though they were serving pizza to other customers. This inconsistency only deepened my frustration and confusion.
Being left with no pizza option for a group of 15 people, including 10 children, was an absolute disaster. It not only disrupted the celebration but also left us scrambling for alternatives. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for an establishment that I have previously regarded as a regular visitor due to its good taste.
While taste is undoubtedly important, it cannot compensate for the utter lack of service and professionalism displayed during this event. Regrettably, I must express that I will not be returning to Bake Factory, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your establishment to others based on this experience.
I urge you to address the issues within your team to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. A customer's trust is hard to regain once lost, and I sincerely hope that improvements can be made to avoid such disappointments for others...
Read moreThe Bake Factory is located close to the Masjid Banda junction. It is one of the closest good places to hangout for University students (us). When it started, I was excited coz I saw a lot of small eateries and hangout places in secundrabad which were good and we rarely see such places in this part of the city (It is changing now). Now TBF (The Bake Factory) is a tiny little place under a big tree giving it a good feel. The place is small, and looks cute. It serves breakfasts, smoothies, pizzas, burgers, pancakes, sandwiches and some dessert options. They also recently started selling breakfast cereal, cakes, muffins etc. I have been a regular here and tried most of their menu. If u are a meat eater, try their Full English Breakfast or the Carnivorous feast. It is slightly oily for my taste but it tastes good. I'm not a pizza person but their pizzas are really good. They make thin crust pizzas which taste fresh and delicious. Try their farm fresh pizza if u are a vegetarian and u will love it. Their pulled chicken burger is a steal for that price ( Less than 100 rps as I can remember). It is loaded with egg and chicken. The pancakes are a favorite of mine. They have limited options but they are worth trying. Their bake factory special coffee is worth a special mention. It is such a delight to find a place which gives good coffee for like (30-40 rps). The people at this place are sweet and courteous. There is delay in service sometimes. But it is manageable if u are with friends and not in a hurry. They keep trying DIY decorations in the store, which I like. The place needs little maintenance. The interiors are slightly coming apart. I don't really notice it but some of my friends who came for the first time pointed it out. They extended the place to accommodate more people which is good. Overall it is a good place to hang out with friends or for...
