Karachi Bakery Kondapur — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Our usually place for the snacks is Karachi bakery outlet, which always has given good service to us. When ever there was a feed back given it was taken and was corrected. This time to my surprise even the mana is concerned about the feed back given by us. We ordered french fries, cheese pizza finge, burger & Pineapple pie. Pie was not fresh & very hard and this was ordered for my daughter. Even after reporting to counter person & manager they were not concerned about it . Insisted on saying that this is normal. I believe a genuine feedback should be taken and addressed. Other item were good as usual. There is no point for us give a unnecessary false feedback. Can't give zero stars here, the staff at the chat center are rude and upsetting. I have requested to give sev puri in Puri instead of papdi and don't put sweet dahi. As they have done that before for me. And it tasted good, so I have travelled all the way to their store in rain as I was craving it. They responded to us very rudely saying that its against their standards, and I rejected my request and said we have international standards and can't take any requests. I had to walk out and go back home as we were very upset because of the way they responded. They could have atleast conveyed politely and convinced me.
