Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Hyderabad

It's my first visit to CCD and I was disappointed.

I planned to have a coffee and work for sometime. But the Wifi is not working. ( Not receiving OTP, I checked logging in to other apps, I am getting OTPs, so not a network problem)

And I wanted to pay with Pluxee but they said they stopped accepting it. ( if that's the case you should get it delisted from Pluxee merchants )

If I have to code & coffee I might not prefer CCD from next time as it ended up being a waste of time. Coffee is good though. I had cold...

I was deceited by looking at the ambiance, when you see it from the outside, the look of the bistro looks very inviting, but when you reach the counter its a disgrace on CCD joints. What kind of a coffee shop doesnt have coffee?? why do you even have the name in the first place? The joint is just useless, it doesnt have crushers, coffees, frappes JUST NOTHING.

The place is well located. Has almost no parking. Seating is good with both on and outside seating options. Staff have limited capabilities. The place announces offers to pay thru multiple payment methods such as GPay, Amazon pay and Phonepe, but their staff are unsure of how to process orders thru these payment methods, so beware.
