Reunion - Hookah Bar & Sheesha Cafe Jaipur — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I GOT SCAMMED!! This shisha spot has moved locations and Rishabh the guy who picked up the call guided us through some alleyways till we made it to the location. Now, our experience started out really REALLY well. Pros: I am an ardent shisha enthusiast who just was passing by Jaipur after being invited to attend the World Shisha Dubai expo in Dubai, and I know my shisha. Rishabh the shisha master, on duty, also seemed to know his stuff. Rishabh explained the flavors, the shisha builds, the flavour brands, the lack of HMD (heat management device), lack of coconut charcoals, percentages of the flavor profiles, the type of shisha leaf (dark, light) etc. He knows his stuff. This is not a rookie in the business. he made us smell the flavors before prepping final products for us. he was attentive to change the coals and told us the coal change was unlimited and free.

Now, the Scam starts.

about 70 minutes since we got our shisha, he ran into the hall and SNATCHED the shisha from me and my brother and just took our devices away from us. he said there was a police raid and that it is HIGHLY ILLEGAL IN JAIPUR to sell shisha (then why he heck is he open?!!!) We expected him to come back with our shishas later but when we asked after 20 minutes he smiled as said oh that's gone now. he didn't tell us about the imminent danger of shisha cafe being raided and that it is illegal to run we never got our shisha back. Rather it was taken off us and cleaned our devices. we waited patiently but nothing. When I asked for our shisha back 30 minutes later, he almost laughed and said oh That's totally gone now Madam, suggesting he won't make another one for us or give our shishas back. Eventually we got a full bill with no discounts for our stress and this horrid feeling that we made a mistake going there. Rishabh, who earlier, was very polite and friendly while selling the shisha turned callous and rude. Go here at your own risk, we paid full 1000rs per shisha and got to use it only for an hour before it was rudely snatched away...

Reunion Hookah Bar truly exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with great music and chill lighting that sets the perfect mood for relaxing with friends. But what really stood out was the hookah service — hands down one of the best I’ve experienced.

The hookahs were smooth, flavorful, and lasted a long time without needing constant refills. The staff was super attentive, always checking in to make sure the coals were fresh and the flavors were just right. They offer a wide variety of flavors, and even suggested some great custom mixes that hit perfectly.
