It's such a fraud place, especially after corona, they seriously bluff customers on the name of errors and quality, i use to be regular customer of this place once, but now whenever i visit this place, i get so much disappointed that i can't even explain, on every dinning order, they will provide you take away bill so that they don't have to go through the review process which is being conducted on every dinning bill and any offer which you get after you submit their review, even if they will give you dinning bill than too they will play a trick of not adding your number in your bill on their system, the worst part is that all the staff members are playing equal part in this by bluffing customers on bills and on quality too, they will serve you so bad that you will feel like not coming to this place back again, the food will be either uncooked or overcooked/burned, i have seriously lost interest in this place because of all these things, i prefer to visit either Domino's or some other branch of pizza hut expecting these things not to repeat, if the owner or the manager of this place will face you than also these things won't changed as they are just bluffing and doing nothing more for the customer satisfaction, they don't care at all whether you are satisfied or not at that place, they will even ask you for the bill amount to be paid before placing the final order and after taking the bill amount they will make you wait for 30-60 minutes, at such time one can't cancel the order or go anywhere, because they have already charged you for the things we can't even modify anything in the order later on, they will be happy if you don't even come...

Worst pizza hut outlet of Jaipur! Only 1-2 people staff who take and bake your orders, thus as expected pizza's are a complete disaster! I visited the place on 4th May for dinner, as I remember. Ordered Sizzling Schezwan Chicken Pan Pizza which said it will have signature spicy Schezwan sauce, chicken meatballs and mozzarella cheese. What I received was an extremely thick bread, which was undercooked, tasted and smelled like a pao, nothing was spicy infact I couldn't taste any pizza sauce it was just applied for the sake of application, cheese amount was just like a thin sheet of paper! I couldn't smell anything in that pizza it was so bad! Extreme level of cost cutting! Very badly made by untrained staff, not at all pizza like, even a cheapest pizza would taste a lot better than what was served there! It costed around Rs. 340 and this was what I got! The staff was not at all friendly, restaurant was empty, and they packed our pizza for takeaway without asking! Looks like they didn't want us to even sit there. It was such a bad experience, I knew even if I would say something to those people, it might turn into arguments so I just moved from there deciding to never visit again! Such a horrible place and experience! Please check your outlets through surprise quality...
