Hotel Heeposh — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

Dustbin was not cleaned. Hot water supply was only for half an hour. Who can survive with cold water in month of December. There was no proper supply of electricity . When they provide hot water they used to cut the electricity supply. Heating blankets were not working when we complained to the staff there was no action taken and staff was very rude to us. In the restaurant when we ordered veg pulao of rs 150 they gaye us veg biryani of rs 210 despite telling them 4 times that we have ordered veg pulao. Don't stay here. We had a lot of trouble in there. You will regret...

Worst hotel of all time ,fraud we booked the hotel online for 1 day but after reaching there they said that you have booked it for 3 days which was completely fraud ..The rooms were empty not even a single person was there the toilet seats were broken and on the top of that electricity was only supplied in evening.after that no electricity supply was there the staff is very rude they were not at all cooperating The location was also not good we felt unsafe there so decided to cancel the booking But the staff was not even returning it .. Being a vegetarian this restaurant is fine to dine. Nevertheless I heard saying by Sunny the Cook he is offering meat to someone. It felt like cheating one side he is claiming 100% vegetarian and other side this treatment. Nevertheless I ate the food. Hardly I found someone eating around. The food was rajma masala & chapati. Budget wise ok to pocket. Served well except salad which I asked Onion he gave. Overall I felt ok after eating 😅 so you come and feel whatever you will. In my opinion one time you can...
