Hotel TRG — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

I have been visiting the Hotel for last 4 Years and spent around 4 Months annually here, and have witnessed it all from old rooms to new renovated one.Transformation at its best.I have not come across any hotel in jammu with such spacious and hygenic rooms.Well as service is the soul of this industry , i have met some great employees over these years.Would like the hotel owner to give a tap on back for below mentioned employees who have not only retained me for years but made me think of never leaving this association.||1) Mr Avtaar Singh||2) Mr Rajkumar (in Govt Job Now)||3) Mr Anil||Anil is very young energetic and full of passion.He will surely grow under your guidance.Would urge the higher managment to keep these Gems motivated as they as they are assets for you.TRG is like 2nd home to me and i always recommend it to my friends.You can stay here with family with very decent locality and market places around.One of the best...

I stayed from 6feb to 12feb, poor service, room not cleaned. In breakfast they have only 2-3 options & breakfast is also not up to mark. Mostly i received the cold food.. I Ordered with the menu, they sent something else without informing and when i complained for this they said we have only this for the day will provide you tomorrow. Water bottle are not complimentary for 1 day and charge 30rs for 1 bottle. They don't serve juice. I personally never consumed tea or coffee. Wi-Fi never connected properly, and if connected it's not working. I stayed at this hotel for a night during my All India Road Trip. I am not very familiar with Jammu city so do not know whether the hotel is located in prime area. But the Jammu Tawi railway station is close by. Also there are many restaurants nearby.

Hotel itself appears old but clean. Lift and rooms are visibly old but maintained clean. The room I stayed in was a huge room. It had all necessary amenities.

Food we ordered in room service was good to taste.

Staff is polite and cordial. Hotel has some parking space in front.
