Food is great but personal conduct of kitchen staff is pathetic. They will offer you what is convenient for them to make and simply deny anything from the menu which requires some efforts to prepare. Staff will refuse plates and bowls and ask you to eat from their serving plate/bowl itself maybe to avoid effort of washing plates. Staff is just not bothered about business reputation and will ruin it for owner and brand value...
