It is centrally located near to Khayam Chowk. Food, medicine, hospital, etc around this place. It is family run guest house, Usman, young lad helping the guest. They are very helpful.

Had some issues such as no bath shower, no WC (bottom sitting available), no towels and tissues, no toilteries, lighting may be improved, mosquitos around, no working TV, etc.

In the area, power shut happens frequently, power back up for few lights and Wi-Fi device available. Tough time when temperature was High.

Additional external service ( like laundry) may be costly, negotiate on your own before using...

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Usmaan was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help me with anything that I needed. If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful guest house in Central shrinigar near Dal lake, I would thoroughly recommend this place. 100% will be visiting again when I return...
