OYO Three Kings Near Janakpuri Dilli Haat — Hotel in Janakpuri

The staff is very very bad and Freddy I am from kullu Manali I and one of my staff member had to stay in this hotel bcoz that day road was blocked by the mob and our cab driver said that it's not safe for us and for him also to go on our destination so this hotel was nearest to our location when I saw on oyo it was showing 800-900 max but we could book it only when we 1st pay online money as maximum of u must be knowing that oyo has become the biggest fraud company 2-3 times I booked hotel and paid in advance when I reached hotel the owner or staff said that they don't have any tie up with oyo u will have to cancel that booking and pay 300-400 more if u want book and that money which oyo had cut in those advance booking they were saying it will come in one day in your account which never came it was around 26-2800 after a month of my continues calls to oyo what they did was they returned my half money around 1500 but not in bank acc but in oyo account and alongwith it was written that u can only spend that money in oyo bookings and that also in one month so I didn't pay in advance when I reached the reception of this three kings hotel first of all they said the room is for 1300 I said but oyo is showing 800-900 but then also I paid them as outside there was fights and all going on in dinner I ordered 6 butter roti and dal makhni as we were 2 the other one was saying that don't order 6 /5 will be enough but I said that no food zada hojaye koi baat nhi kam nhi hona chahiye and when they brought our dinner it was from some dhaba as it was packed and insted of 6 butter chapatis they had given us 3 chapatis only by cutting them half half from between and we both had to eat 1and a half half chapati and we remained hungry when I confronted the Manon reception that inbill u have written 6 chapatis and that are also overcharged 20rs for one then he said by mistake waitor has done it and it was around 12 in night and bcoz of disturbance outside no shops or swiggy Zomato were giving services so I say that they thought we are from kullu Manali and they overcharged us in everything and main reason was that 3 rotis cut into 6 piece don't go for this hotel guys and never pay in advance in oyo as oyo is also top most fraud company my still 1400 is with them of last year's booking which they never returned.i hate these kind of staff and waitors who were earning extra money because they knew that all that area is in disturbance and we will not go...

There is no water supply at the hotel through out my whole stay. when i asked them about it they behave me very rudely and said it is not their fault.They provide me only 4 bucket water from somewhere which looks very dirty.When i complain it to their onwer he also neglect me and refuse me to change my room or to return my money.The floor of their washroom is broken and water under it smells very bad through out night in lack of water. i and my colleagues survived there with only four bucket of water. how i maintain sanitation and bath you will understand? Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Oyo rating is 4.1 but doesnot deserve more than 2. No cleanliness, insects were there in room. GYSER was not working. Shower was not working. Very small room for three people stay , no bedding provided even if it was mentioned on oyo app when booking. We had to wait for half hour before getting room even after having prebooking. Staff behaviour was okay but not happy with the amenities. Google location is wrong and wasted more than 1 hour in searching hotel. Hotel Name display not mentioned even at the correct location.
