Super Hotel O Jail Road Rajouri Garden — Hotel in Delhi

Location is good but these people are the biggest fraudsters i have ever seen. I booked hotel from OYO in 800 Rs. When I reached hotel then manager asked me to pay 1500 Rs in cash. I told them that I have already booked an OYO. He told me he would cancel the room and asked me to leave. I was with my wife so I didn't try to argue much but I didn't have1500 in cash. After some request of not having cash , I paid 500 Rs in cash and 1000 Rs online. So these guys are looting everyone who comes with family and are already tired . Don't choose this hotel until and unless you are having emergency. Oyo should delist these type of hoteliers who are trying to bring OYO...

This place will be the worst booking decision you could ever possibly make. I was received by a person who does not work at the hotel. For first four hours i was kept in a room which had no bathroom lights, no flush and dirty bedsheets and blanket. On top of everything i was told they don't provide a key to the room and i should leave it open if i have to go out. Nevertheless when i asked to change the room, the manager put me in a room which was even more dirty than the previous one and was full of used stuff from the previous stay. I booked room here through OYO for 700 rupees, only to be asked to pay 1000 rupees upon arrival. The rooms were nothing like the pictures shown on the oyo app, the location was shady, and there was dampness on the walls. To make matters worse, there was no electricity in the washroom, making it nearly impossible to use. I had to leave after watching the condition of hotel and room and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
