Poor service. Misbehaved , rude and unprofessional staff. Fraudsters who did not keep their commitment.

We reserved a place for 8 people and few children ( under 4 ) for lunch. It was reserved 2 weeks prior at price of rs 800 per person with unlimited soft drinks. The experience was pathetic.

Every time a different waiter was coming and asking that only 1 soft drink is allowed free and not more. So we had to explain them again and again. This happened 3 times and they took ages to bring the next glass of soft drink.

In middle of lunch they asked that instead of 8 only 6 people turned up , so we would charge for 8 people and not 6.

Then in middle of lunch, they asked for the screenshot of advance given, which was totally unprofessional.

They had commited activities in kids carnival in two slots . 12-2 pm and 2-4 pm.. our slot was 2-4 but on our slot the people from 12-2 pm were still waiting and they did not entertain our kids for the activities and denied saying the other person will come who never turned up.The kids did not enjoy any activity in the carnival as it turned out to be useless. They are just a bunch of frauds.

The person incharge was very rude and misbehaved saying we won't book you again if you don't pay for 8 people.

Dear BBQ Owner, Seems you guys don't even respect your own words. Swapan from your team called me up next day and apologised for whatever happened and agreed that what they did was wrong and invited us again to rectify their mistake to which I said I would never come to your place. Seems you guys have habit of Licking what you spit.

Regarding 8 people commitment , we could have paid extra 2 as well but the fraud you did was such that we did not wish to pay you for even 4, still we paid for all 6 who turned up. All your unprofessionalism that I mentioned in my points above and coming in between lunch to ask for advance amount proof and payment topics and every waiter coming to our seat and asking for money after 1 round of drink when we booked for unlimited drinks and then taking ages to bring second round of drinks , was just straight forward fraud as well as embarassing, offensive ,disrespectful, unprofessional and insulting for us.

It would have been good if you would have accepted all your mistakes on all the points mentioned instead trying to save your image with your ego.Instead it would just destroy the remaining image...

Had this on my mind for a few weeks and went there on sister's birthday. This place is catchy and one cannot miss this if going on jail road.

We were 8 people and though they only have bugger tables downstairs, the manager was kind enough to give us a table as we didn't want to go upstairs. It was close to 7:30 when we went and the place had only a few empty tables. The lightning and ambiance was also good and is quite a spacious place.

Coming to the food-

Drinks- They provide unlimited soft drinks with one time complimentary virgin mojito. But I tried virgin colada- coconuty n sweet & watermelon fizz- fuzzy, popping on tongue,, both were a bit different than what I have had before.

Starters- These were as one would expect from these kind of barbeque based chains, everthing was nice, but what stood out for me were the beetroot kebab and grilled corn on cob. The kebab was very good soft melt in mouth could have been a bit more moist. The corn on the cob were marinated quite well masaledar & spicy that hits you after a while and then you get the real taste. What I didn't like was the mushrooms, not well marinated so didn't taste good.

Mains- Tried almost everything in the mains, the kadi though not authentic just okaish, but the pakodas were soft and had good fiiling, Dal was creamy smooth and just lightly spiced, Paneer butter masala was creamy had balanced tomato based curry flavour and the a spicy aftertaste, everything else was good tastewise.

Desserts- They have live ice cream counter with 6 different flavours, I tried the pan flavoured and oreo brownie, both were too good. Suji halwa a big no, gulabjamuns small in size but supersoft not too sweet, kheer-Kheer- mase with tudka rice, silky n smooth just aptly sweetened.

Overall a a good experience fully satisfied, a good place to try out if one wants to enjoy the barbeque style food restaurant which is budget friendly with...

My First and "last" visit to this place!!!

Veg food was still tolerable but non veg food was pathetic. Chilly potato were soggy. Noodles tasted like served one day old noodles. Chicken was so hard to chew. Chilly wings were hard too, and tasteless. Only thing which tasted good was sweet corn fried. Pastries were bad, hard bread. Pasta was okayish. Dahi kebab were okayish. Spring rolls were good. Chicken sabzi was so salty. Now the staff, was so rude, behaviour was not good. Tey keep staring at you all the time. There is no privacy. Feels like one is sitting at a dhaba. Falooda was so hard to chew. Chicken momos were bad. Food quality was zero. Food tasted like being served one day before cooked food. Jalebi were not fresh, they were not making it live though it was being served through live kitchen, lol...they had pre made jalebi which they were just frying n serving. They are literally serving anything. Once they start your buffet they keep getting food so fast that one cannot finish one dish. They got us 10 dishes in just 5 min. Ig were are humans and not machines. There were no spoons on table. You need to ask them twice for everything. They don't even fill your glass of water, that too you have to ask. There was one particular staff whose behaviour was pathetic. And another one of his friend, was so like him. They don't have manners how to behave. They keep making faces, which makes you uncomfortable. Please don't pay a visit here. Do visit only n only if u want to ruin your occasion and destroy your money and time. It feels like you are in a wedding and serving yourself. Food was bad, staff was bad, environment was bad, service was pathetic. Terrible experience. Even road side stalls have better food than this. It's better if I get quality over quantity.

Not recommended dishes:

Chilly potato, chilly wings, nooddles galti se bhi mt khaana, pastries, mutton...
