My 3rd visit to xero degrees and probably the LAST visit. The food is no doubt good. But today I felt that you have the most miserable staff. Your waiters don’t know what they write in their dairy. First of all I ordered three coolers, which he completely forgot to serve me. I asked him about it, then he asked me have you ordered coolers? Till then I finished my fries and pizza and the last dish i.e., were on my table. Then finally I got the coolers. When we started having chicken dumplings and instead of that we were served veg dumplings. I called him and asked him that you have served us wrong dumplings. He was himself not sure that he had given veg or chicken. So He went to the kitchen and came to us and said that yes these are veg dumplings. And then he started blaming us that this is only you ordered. I then approached there of some higher authority. He asked the waiter to take our plate and went to kitchen and to my utmost surprise your senior staff is so worse. We were member of 3, we had one bite of momos. So he told me ki aadhe toh aapne khaliye h. I told him ki we didn’t knew that we are served wrong items. So we had one bite and kept it back. He then served us only 4 dumplings instead of 8. So bad experience. Would never visit xero degrees...
