I visited Kaveri Restaurant recently, and overall, it was a decent experience with some hits and misses. The atmosphere of the place was quite pleasant. It felt welcoming, with a clean and comfortable setup that made dining enjoyable. The staff was polite and attentive, which added to the positive vibe. One thing that stood out was the car parking facility. Finding parking can be a hassle, but here, it was smooth and hassle-free. The guard was very helpful and guided us to a proper parking space, which I really appreciated. It made the start of our visit stress-free.We decided to order dosa, a classic South Indian dish, and some potatoes with chillies as a side. The dosa was served hot, which was great, but honestly, the taste and quality didn’t quite match the price. It wasn’t bad, but I expected a bit more flavor and crispiness for what we paid. The filling could have been more generous and tastier. On the other hand, the potatoes with chillies were a pleasant surprise. They had a nice spicy kick and were well-cooked, making them the highlight of our meal. The portion size was decent, but I wish the dosa had the same level of taste as the side dish.The service was quick, and the food came out without much delay, which is always a plus. However, I feel the restaurant could work on improving the quality of their main dishes to match the pricing. For those planning to visit, I’d recommend trying their side dishes and appreciating the convenient parking and cozy atmosphere. Overall, it’s a good spot for a casual meal, but don’t expect anything extraordinary from the food. I’d rate it 3.5 out of 5 and might visit again to try other items...

Yummy yummy yum it is seriously the most refined indian cuisine restaurant in town. I am a real devout to this place since I don’t remember when; though I am very late writing this review here. The multilayered orchestra of flavours that devote more to the artistry of cooking than the mere use of correct masalas and heat. They don’t just serve food here but they serve an age old legacy, tradition and discipline (the awesomeness in the taste gets better every-time you discover something new on their menu), I recently tried vegetable Singapuri which was a true delight, mushroom Saag was another great ensemble to my luncheon. It is every foodies Dream Déjeuner Palace. If you want to commit to an elaborate lunch or dinner don’t forget to try the famous Veg Thali here. Even the veg pizza here is great too, if you don’t want a ton on your plate its is a satiety meal in its own. On my last visit I asked to meet the owner to thank him for the great food, and he was so humble to come our table in the end to meet us; a very humble and beautiful soul Mr. Bhatia (He also gave us a generous discount on our bill). It is one of the oldest restaurant of Ranchi so it has became a brand type, but to be very honest now its not the same as it was 5years ago. Day by day the quality of food is degrading and going worst and worst. Their is a long queue of customer so they try to cook very fast and forget to maintain the quality of food. Pricing is moderate, few staff's are very polite and sincere and few don't care.

I have noticed one thing and I am very sure about it because it's my 10 times experience that when you are going with friends then quality is not up to the mark but when u r visiting with family then you can easily notice their drama and food quality is also maintained. Apart from it I have noticed one restaurant above kaveris floor i.e, fly kitchen, it's food is really good, I have not tried all the dishes but very common one is of good quality and you must try it once then you decide that how it is, does fly kitchen can give tougher challenge to degrading Kaveri restaurant or...
