The Urban Brava Lalpur — Restaurant in Jharkhand

I visited on Sunday , The ambience was quite good the behaviour of staff was also good . I ordered Paneer chilli, Burger, Chicken sandwich and Coffe and told the waiter to bring the coffe on last at the end of the meal but the coffe was arrived while I was eating paneer chilli,before the burger and sandiwich also , when i told her that I asked it at the end of the meal, then she said you'll have to take it .. If i were at any another restaurant they had accepted their mistakes and taken back the coffe and brought the coffee at the end of the meal but The Urban brava didn't.. Apart from this we have finished our starters and until that time we didn't get the glasses for water , they served a bottle of water . We have to ask it . I had also shared the pictures of the table that there were not any glasses of water .. Apart from this we were served by sandwiches that were not of bite size they are double decker sandwich and no knife or nothing to cut we will have to eat it by our hands .No one visit restaurant for the food only ,They visit for food and service also but The Urban brava failed, If you are paying such a good amount of money then definitely you will expect a good service. One last thing they gave me the menu that was printed on A4 paper in black and white and stapled, not any professional menu 😅 more like a street vendor shop. The restaurant is also facing lack of staff only 1-2 staff is managing the whole 5th floor of dinning. Not gonna visit again if they didn't maintain...
