I had been there from 22nd november to 23rd November. I had called them and booked room. Over phone one Mr avay took my call and after negotiations he said I will give you 20% discount and including gst abd complementary breakfast charge will be 2800. I believed him and checked in. Room was good though small in size. At this rate one will get much bigger and better room. I got surprised while check out. From their tarriff card which came to notice I understood that I was given a room for which their printed tarriff is 2500. When I confronted and told the front desk executive that I will not leave until I report to the owner. Immediately he returned me 300. This means 20% discount which was committed while booking was a hoax. This is pure cheating. Front office executive promised to contact me after the owner arrives. But last 2 days no call received. Another example of cheating is they didn't gave me gst bill saying printer not working. Instead he gave a farzee bill. The executive promised to send me gst bill by mail but nothing received. All other things like folding, cleanliness etc were good but this cheating has proved that this hotel is not trust...
Read moreStandard rooms are pathetic. These rooms have been built in the left over spaces of the other infrastructure built. All the standard rooms have pillars in it. Small rooms with not enough space for movement. They allotted me room near the lift, as per say, on the 4th floor of hotel. I checked in at afternoon. I couldn't sleep in the room neither in afternoon after travel nor at night, resulting into checking out the next day. There is construction work going on 5th floor, so the walls keep banging, you can't sleep in afternoon. At night, noise made by, to and fro motion of the lift, couldn't let one sleep. I developed a slight headache. On request for change of room, on the same day in evening, manager gave the consent but due to non availability of housekeeping guys, room cannot be shifted. Read moreLike to start with saying if you're going to charge 2.5k for a standard room atleast put some educated people at the reception who knows how to interact with customers this receptionist named Amrendra was not at all respectful seemed frustrated most of the time. Lacked common etiquette, no conversational skills at all. Now the room the geyser was dripping continuously, a foul smell was coming from the bathroom even though the exhaust was on. No toiletries, 1 towel for two adults, dirty bed sheet. Now the food prices were too much for the quality. Only good things were the room service guys (they seemed more decent than the Amrendra from reception), the availability of RO water, parking space and smart tv. But I don't think these all are worth 2.5k. I have shared this review from a personal experience yours may differ but there are better hotels to stay in this...
