We’ve been regular patrons and always enjoyed visiting this place—until our recent experience, which was deeply disappointing.
While dining (just the two of us), we were initially seated at a 4-seater and had already ordered food and drinks. However, once the restaurant got crowded, we were abruptly asked to move to a much smaller table. The shift felt forced and ruined the entire experience.
When we politely raised the concern, the owner casually remarked, “We will always prioritize business over customers.” As loyal customers, we were shocked by the indifference and unprofessional attitude.
This review isn’t written out of malice, but out of genuine disappointment. We had expected better treatment after being regulars. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
