As a first-time customer, I was utterly dismayed by the appalling behavior I experienced at "One step restaurant ". Despite having made an advance booking, I was met with unprofessionalism and disrespect from one of the restaurant representatives when I attempted to cancel for personal reasons. This individual felt it appropriate to make intrusive comments about my personal life, displaying a complete lack of empathy and professionalism.
Adding insult to injury, "One step restaurant" not only failed to provide a basic level of customer service but also neglected to mention in their terms and conditions that advance payments are non-refundable. Despite their failure to honor our booking, they refused to refund our advance payment. This lack of transparency and refusal to provide a refund is simply unacceptable.
It is deeply disappointing to encounter such behavior from a restaurant that should prioritize customer satisfaction and basic courtesy. As a first-time patron, I expected to be treated with respect and understanding, yet I was met with disdain and insensitivity.
I strongly advise anyone considering dining at "One step restaurant" to reconsider their choice. The complete disregard for customer respect and satisfaction displayed by their staff, coupled with their failure to refund advance payments as per their undisclosed policy, is unacceptable. Read moreRecently tried One step's Non veg combo menu, worth ₹799/- only. I was pretty amazed by the quantity they served. Few things worth mentioning are :- Taste - The hyderabadi biryani, was truly delicious in taste. The chicken was juicy enough. On a good note, it had half an egg too 😄! While I also loved the tikkas they served ; but the marination made it quite similar in taste. They provided two dips - tomato & mint one. I loved the tomato dip a bit more. The best part was the drink being served! 2 bottles in this combo pack! Amazing na 🤩
Packaging - okay, something out of this review ( order food home, your mom will be more happy with the dibbas😂lol) Packaging was spillproof, everything was properly packed. Plastic spoons & forks were also given, with refreshments.
Value for money - 5/5 for this! 2 packs of biryani - chicken lollipop - chicken tikka - fish tikka - kebab - raita - two dips - and two aam panna bottles! 🤩for just 799/- ! It was more than enough for two people
