These Idiots are serving tomato ketchup with Momos and don't know what exactly is a momo chatni. Do you believe this?? They have momos in their menu but don't know what exactly is a momo chatni also that Sardar owner thinks he is some goon and threatens when you complain him about the quality of food. He has hired the staff that behaves just like him only, bloody Gunda people serving third class food without any knowledge of hospitality and catering industry. The Sardar Gunda owner is serving food with bland taste and no hygiene, since I saw a hair in the food too.
He should first go and taste the food of other restaurants in India before making fool of people of Jamshedpur. In fact he can go and see that even thelewala in Jamshedpur serves a momo chatni and NOT ketchup, you dumb. He has a LAME EXCUSE that PEOPLE OF JAMSHEDPUR ARE EATING WHAT I AM SERVING THEM, my answer to this is , THEY ARE EATING BECAUSE IF SOMEONE COMPLAINTS YOU SCARE THEM AWAY BY YELLING AND ASUSING THEM. YOU DONT LET THEM SPEAK.
You did the same with us, without even realising that I am a female you kept on bashing. I have to say that you have no knowledge of how the hospitality industry works and what does catering services mean. Please first go and take some course and learn how to accept criticism and how to take feedbacks from customers. And by any chance you learn it then teach your goon staff as well. Because you have hired all the Gunda managers and staff who support you in every word you say. It seems we entered a Don' s Den which is indeed Blue Diamond in bistupur.
Now he will reply to my THIS feedback and smartly try to put allegations on me as he has done the same with other reviews on Google ( I was reading a few before posting this ). My suggestion to that Sardar would be that please don't waste time here, instead take a pen and paper, note down these feedbacks and make improvements likewise. You can't make fool of Jamshedpur people for long, remember your food should speak on...
Read moreMy last visit to this place was on Christmas, 2022 and it goes without saying that the place was cramped with people. Since I wanted a table for two, I had to wait not more than 3 minutes to be guided to my table. Once in, I could see that the whole town was out for celebration. But inspite of the crowd, the service offered by the restaurant was nice. They were polite and it was visible that they were trained to handle a large crowd and they were not panicking at all. I ordered the chicken lolipop for starter, the blue lagoon as the drink, chicken hydrabadi and butter naan for the dinner main course. I had to wait about 40 mi utes for my food, which is understandable because it was heavily crowded, and it was Christmas. The chicken lolipop was tasty, wrapped in foil and crispy on the outside. The blue lagoon was refreshing and pleasing to the eyes. The chicken and naan was very tasty. The naan in particular was exquisite. It was fluffy and can be told was made of fresh dough. I got a sneak peek into the kitchen and stay assured, it looked clean and hygenic most important, was less noisy than other kitchens I have seen. The atmospheres was also clam and soothing. My whole evening cost less than 1000 for two people. I would give it...
Read more#Complaint On 12th Dec 2016 21:00 hours, I and four of my friends decided to have our dinner @ The Blue diamond Restaurant. The restaurant as we knew provides a NIT JAMSHEDPUR student discount of 10%. Food was good but the Resturant staff didn't provide us the discount. We demanded for the discount upon which the manager (Mr. Sourav Sahu) denied and told us the bill is computer generated and we were supposed to provide this information before billing, albeit we were not at all informed that they have generated the bill. When we demanded to talk to higher authority, he again denied saying that he cannot let us talk for this and we have to pay the amount as it is.
Money was never an issue, it was the code of Conduct that mattered. As a customer relation manager, one is not supposed to talk in such an unethical manner. It was completely their fault. We were oblivious of the bill else we would have informed them. Rather, We would have happily given the extra money if the manager would have accepted the fault from their end but Mr. Sourav sounded like it was our fault.
Mr. Sourav sahu's behavior saved their discount but lost a good customer...
