I didn't like this place at all because the owner of this place is very rude and mannerless Was in a hurry and said to make the payment quickly while I was standing there for less than a minute I will never go to this place again nor will I ask anyone to go The tea was fine, the place was also fine but there was no respect for costomer i was so disappointed The staff was good gave me another cup of tea after I lost the cup of tea appreciate that thing. I am also a businessman and I know very well how to talk to customer because customer is God for me. recently visited 2 Kaudi Ki Chai in Civil Lines, Kanpur, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Let me break it down:

Staff Services: The service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. It took ages for them to attend to our table, and even then, they appeared indifferent.

Food Serving: The food arrived cold and haphazardly plated. It’s as if they threw it together without any care. The presentation was disappointing, to say the least.

Quality of Food: The taste was subpar. The tea lacked flavor, and the snacks were stale. I expected better, especially considering it’s a place known for its chai.

Overall, I give 2 Kaudi Ki Chai a mere 1 star out of 5. It’s a shame because the location on Mall Road is prime, but the management needs to step up their game. I won’t be returning...

Had to pick an order but sadly forgot it in the restaurant, I asked the owner or the spokesperson on the call to help me out and he was rude about it since beginning. He said he couldn’t return the money as the dish has already been prepared. Which is totally understandable, but the tone of communication was horrible and egoistic, somebody who runs a business should be humble and people’s person. I even regret going to that place.
