Aishwarya Suites ( Best Premium Hotel in Mysore ) — Hotel in Karnataka

Had stayed two days with very frustration. Below are some of cons as i dont believe i can provide any con after my bitter experience.

The hotel doesn't picks up call for any enquiry and even if the security guard picks, he says manager is not available. We checked multiple times for the railway station pickup (which the hotel promises for free- Subject to availability) but out of my 5 stays in this hotel not even once I have got this service. They will always say that cabs are out of station.

Although the rooms were provided at 11AM before check in time(Thanks for that) which was 12 PM , we waited for rooms to be ready and when it was ready we went in and found no toiletries and no towels were there. We called the front desk to provide them when they only provided 1 per room to old stinky ones and promised to provide 3 more when they came washing. This was very illogical as they knew how many members were checking in, that too for 2 days.

Water, which is a basic necessity for the customers who booked the hotel, was not there in any of the rooms. When we checked with the front desk again they came in and refilled but they never wanted to refill them back again instead they were insisting to buy Packaged drinking water bottled which were charged. When we asked about the normal water they said it is over and they cant provide which seemed to be a business trick to sell the bottles.

You go anywhere in the world and book any hotel/resort. They will provide empty plates, spoons etc. (somewhere disposable ones) for the inhouse customer if they want. Here, they were charging Rs. 25/- per plate for us to have food. Reason stated that we have to take food from their hotel if we want plates. This was not possible as my grandmother is a widow and she can't have food with onion and garlic which was available in the hotel.

The manager in the evening service was pretty rude in his behavior, when we said to follow the basic rules he said he don't need to understand what the rules were. The staffs in morning were however good.

My suggestion would be take any other hotels in nearby area rather than this one. My family vacation has just ended up in following up...

God only saved me and my family. It was life threatening place.

No parking area. I was asked to park infront of their hotel which is road side. Immediate next day I did checkout on early morning. I was planned to drive for 300 kms on that day with family. When all got ready checked out hotel inside car started vehicle. In a matter of 60 seconds, The vehicle is filled petrol smell. Since I was driver seat, i sensed it and stopped vehicle engine immediately.

Don't know what was happening. Took time to inspect my vehicle l. Opened bannet and seen. Omg. Inside bannet petrol is spills all over.

Rat bitten petrol pipe which is connected to engine. This was happened after I parked infront of the hotel. Still my car is infront of their hotel only. I requested hotel person for help to get local mechanic number. You won't believe me. They don't care anything on the guest. Since I checked out early morning, i requested them to give key back to stay in hotel for next couple of hours (

We booked the hotel via ibibo app with complimentary breakfast. The checkin was butter smooth. We was welcomed with a welcome drink. The juice was very nice. Parking is ok. Security guard is there to keep an eye.

Rooms:

We booked the elegant room via ibibo, the pics looked great. We also mentioned we are 2 adults and 2 kids. We got a mid size room with a queen size bed. We can't have a extra mattress as the room is congested. My son had to adjust on the sofa.

The room is not children friendly cause there is alot of sharp edges on the furniture's.

Bathroom was neat, but they need to replace the showroom covers.

In the room we had cupboard, water boiler, TV. TV does not have all the channels, but they had kids cartoon channels. But the rooms are neat.

Complimentary Breakfast:

Ibibo, never mentioned about the breakfast in the proper way. The hotel does not have a inhouse restaurant, we need to walk to the other side of the road for breakfast, they have a tie up resto there. Hotel guys will issue a coupon and we need to submit the coupon in the resto and they will serve limited food. We got in a plate, 1 idli, small masala dosa, kesar and kara bath and 1 coffee.

So my personal opinion is , dont go for complimentary breakfast. Pay and have it.

You have a resto below also called Grilliez. Barbeque Champs will love this place for sure.

The Hotel 4th floor is accessible for dining, you can order food and have there. They have a inhouse menu, which is costly. Rely on Swiggy and Zomato.

Wifi is very average and there is no good coverage in some rooms. They need to improve the wifi coverage.

The staffs are amazing and very friendly. Kudos...
