Booked the hotel through makemytrip. The issues we faced:

1. location issue: the hotel is listed as fabhotel raj residency on makemytrip. You will not be able to find the location on maps. It will misguide you and you will ultimately end up roaming around one place.
2. communication services: got the number from website, it was for fabhotels. Tried multiple times, everytime it kept on ringing, finalliy after one hour fab hotel executive picked and after 10's of questions put us on wait and ultimately disconnected.
3. the bed sheets had blood spots on them.
4. saw some cockroaches in bathroom. Good things:
5. room service is very good.
6. food ordered is also good.
7. rooms are big.
8. complimentary breakfast was awesome. We needed a simple and good breakfast, and we got it in the hotel. Giving one extra star for awesome sabhar. Recommendation: you can visit this place. Only thing to note instead of raj residency, search for ragsys hotel.

Recommendation: the hotel was ok. But in my view the charges they took and the service they provided was not...

Beware of this fraud hotel. I had a terribly worst experience with them. I booked a hotel for 3 rooms for 2 nights and when i came to checkin they denied mentioning my reservation is shifted. I checked via the Goibibo customer support and the GoIbibo guys were not able to solve this and ultimately had to refund my money. I booked the hotel 2 months in advance and on the day of checking in, the hotel guys denied my reservation, even though the goibibo reservations was still confirmed and valid.

These guys ultimately don't care about whether you have a valid booking via makemytrip, goibibo, agoda etc. All they care is they give the rooms to people who walk in and pay higher amounts.

Also, do not get deceived by the photos mentioned. All of them are very old and taken long back. The current state and photos are very poor and the rooms stink.

Kindly look for a better hotel and strongly advise you to never book any room...

Horrible experience. Where do I start? Location: Booked through Fabhotel where it's listed as Raj Residency. The Google Maps location was inaccurate. Had a lot of trouble locating it. Even the locals seemed unaware of its location. Located in an obscure lane, the road condition right in front is terrible. Room: Transformer right outside the room's window. Started arcing violently one night. There was even a small fire. Had to run out for safety. Next morning, got locked inside the room as the interlock did not work. Got out with a lot of difficulty. Very basic bathroom, hot water comes on and off. Bathroom door doesn't lock either. Service: Decent. Staff tried to cooperate. But even they can't make up for all the problems...
