I reached here from Mangalore Central railway station through a prepaid auto. Its very close to the railway station. Hotel is in the prime location so its easy to find. Entrance itself gives a positive vibe and waiting lobby is spacious, well decorated and maintained.
Staff were extremely friendly and will make the check-in process quick. I was assisted by a staff to reach the room, and it was really helpful. There is no specific check-in time, so if you want to stay for a day you have to check-out at the same time you checked in the previous day.
Room is spacious enough and very clean. At first glance room will definitely feel a 3star room. Wifi password can be collected from the reception. Room gives a clear view of the city. Bathroom is clean and well maintained and had the toiletries. Shower head and AC control looked very old. Hot water was available all the time. Towels also were clean. Room service was amazing, just call the reception and they will help.
Breakfast is complementary from 7am to 10am at the restaurant in 1st floor. The ambiance in the restaurant was good and the food was served hot and was tasty.

Read morePros: The property is located in the heart of the city making it accessible to various places. There are various restaurants increasing meal variety options. Staff are multi-lingual, courteous, polite and friendly. Food served at the property is tasty and good quantity. 24 hrs checkin/checkout facility makes it better for transit passengers.
Cons: The property needs regular maintainance & deep cleaning. The air-conditioning in my room wasn't functioning. Every time you need to modify the temperature you need to get to the wall mounted ancient remote control. The WiFi service was interrupted several times and only accommodates 2 devices. The bathroom amenities includes a bubble bath, but the bathroom doesn't have a bath tub. Then why the bubble bath? The breakfast options include enough for a Vegetarian South Indian guest, but if you cater others then there needs to be more variety of non-vegetarian continental items other than just boiled eggs. The lobby in the morning was smelling of garbage. The staff on the guest floor were talking too loud making it impossible to sleep...
