MG Residency — Hotel in Karnataka

Room is good. Didn't expect a 5 members bedroom will be this huge in a hotel. Expect that even after turning on the AC for 3hrs the room didn't get cool. Adjusted with the fan but for the temperature of chikmaglur is cool so didn't get suffocated for the improper AC. and Water tank got empty in the morning and no staff is available to check the motor. We had to wait 3hrs to get water. Service is 1/5....

Please dont come to this hotel if you want to save your hard earned money. I have been to many hotels which comes in this price range But this place is just not acceptable Rooms were smelling with cigerette smell and bathrooms were very dirty Pathetic experience...

The service is really bad. They are really bad people. Unpolite and ready to ruin your experience. Regarding rooms... nothing was good, sheets were not clean, even for basic amenities they are not giving... Please go only if you have to ruin...
