The only thing good about this PG is the house keeping people are really kind and humble. Rest everything is a waste. Manju does his job really well by creating a mess and looting the people. My friend while doing the registration for this PG through the App clearly told this guy that the App shows 'Amsterdam House' and not 'Lincoln house', during that time, this guy told there won't be any issue later and to proceed for registration. She did the same but now after she moved out and when she got the refund amount, the 5k amount deducted for the transfer from one PG to another which she never actually did. Maina - Even she is really smart, till the time my friend was staying there, she acted sweet but as soon as she moved and later when she wanted to talk to her regarding her refund issue, she didn't bother to pick her call. Akhilesh - I myself informed this guy on Jan before my friend vaccated the place to take care of this issue and he promised us that she will be getting the full refund and there won't be any issue, when we asked him to send the same via email, he straight away said the his Manager is not willing to send it. After multiple request, they finally sent the screenshots but at the end when we reached out to him again to discuss about the refund issue, he started his recorder and said the same thing on loop that his Manager left and now he can't do anything and to talk to his manager, Abhilash. Abhilash - We are taking regular follow ups with him to get the status but he keeps dodging us and when asked to whom can we escalate but he refused to give any POC.

I've been residing here for the past 40 days, and the main issue revolves around the water supply. Despite the ongoing water crisis in Bangalore, the internal plumbing system here is faulty, leading to frequent water shortages. Consequently, essential services like housekeeping are affected, and even operating the washing machine becomes a challenge due to manual water scarcity.
Moreover, meal shortages occur regularly, especially for breakfast after 9 am and dinner after 9 pm. Although complaints are lodged, there is a lack of follow-up, and reaching out to the cluster head yields no response, let alone a resolution.
Access to drinking water is also problematic, adding to the challenges of living here.
Before committing to this accommodation, I urge you to carefully reconsider your decision.
P.S.: In my room, water has only been available during late hours (11 pm to 4 am) for the past two days.

Read moreThere is no water almost all the time. Drinking and non drinking water. Drinking water is not clean. You can find cockroaches in them. Wi-Fi is very slow. No action taken even after complaining multiple times. Rent and deposit is soooo high. So not worth it. You cannot leave even if you want to because they won’t give you the deposit before contract ends. Last month the lift was not work in block A and it was not fixed for A MONTH. Even after complaining. For one month we had to climb 6 floors to eat food and wash clothes. There is no current most of the time. Washing machine doesn’t work at all, we have to give the clothes outside for laundry. No point in complaining also. They don’t do proper pest control there is cockroaches everywhere.
