Update: Manager Mr Raj took the time to call me after few days and apologized about the situation while checking out. He was decent and courteous enough. Looks like it was one-off situation so will say it was may be a one time issue. Hope to see better next time. Thanks to Mr. Raj.

Stayed there recently for 4 nights. Had booked single room for 3 almost 10 days in advance. To my surprise they didn't had extra cot available for the extra bedding. They only provided the mattress which was put on room floor. When checked with front desk they said the cot is not available today, we can provide you one tomorrow. And the front desk lady offered to give discount on the extra bed for that day. I got the cot for remaining 3 nights. All was going well and I was planning to book rooms for my upcoming trip. But on the day I had to checkout they produced a bill with no discount as offered earlier. I enquired about the discount they offered me in lieu of not providing extra bedding the front desk guy told me "you have to pay in full and there is no such discount" when I insisted he started talking to God knows who about it and still came back with same reply. Since I was in a hurry to checkout I said just charge me in full and say you can't fulfill what you offered. After making the full payment I asked the front desk guy I have made the full payment at least let me talk to the manager. And he says manager will be available only after 11am. I was checking out at 8 in the morning. I couldn't wait for 3hrs for manager to show up. He didn't even had the courtesy to let me talk to the manager on the phone at least. This incident with the front desk guy ruined my whole day and the trip and the hotel stay in particular. I am not making any recommendation but trying to tell a customer side of the story.
