Stayed in this hotel for 4 days in october 2018. Booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child. The hotel was very clean - bed and bath/toilet. Double bed can easily accomodate 2 adults and a child. Mine was a strictly vegetarian family and I chose this hotel as couple of vegetarian reaturants are within 5 min walkable distance. Karol bagh market, metro station is close by. We only used the complimentary breakfast buffet on 2 days as we were leaving the hotel early in the morning for sight seeing. Complimentary Breakfast menu is limited. One day there was aloo paratha / semiya kheer / sandwich .And other day poori / baji / upma / sandwich ( being south Indian we liked this menu. Taste was also very nice). Boiled egg was also available all days. Staff is friendly. TV screens in both rooms were kind of delaminated but still viewable without much trouble for the short time as no one stays in the room for long in the day. They provide electric kettle in the room on request. Room service is available but starts around 7am. So, early morning tea/ coffee drinkers( like my family) have to wait,,😋. They allowed me to vacate around 12.30 noon even though checkout time is 11am. Also I could get my boarding pass printed at the reception as the shops we're closed bcos of festival. I will give 4.5 rating out of 5 . 0.5 less because of 2 reasons. 1.on my first day, there was some water heater failure and three was no hot water for bath in the morning, had to manage with Luke warm water. This made me worry as I had to stay for 3 more days. They fixed it before next morning though. There was no electric kettle in the room when I checked in. It was on the available facility list on the website. My parents needed hot water for drinking. Reception told me that they don't provide kettle's in the room. But, When I asked house keeping guy for hot water he got me a electric kettle for my room.
I will definitely recommend this hotel for family with kids and elders. We used hotel Balaji( 5 min walk) which is a vegetarian only hotel and offers quality idly , dosa, curd rice, etc for south indians. During our stay for food.but note that food is expensive . South Indian food is very expensive where ever I ate. Almost similar to airport...

Read moreWe stayed at a FabHotel for two days, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The property is in poor condition and very old, with little to no maintenance. There are local hotels nearby that are much better than this one. I chose this FabHotel expecting the quality associated with the brand, especially since it's categorized as a flagship, three-star hotel. However, the lack of proper audits and oversight is evident.
The staff was exceedingly rude, as if they didn’t care about customer service. It felt like there was no one on-site taking ownership of the issues. They advertised a 200 sq. ft. room, but it barely measured 130-140 sq. ft. Not all rooms seem to be in good condition. We booked our stay with breakfast included, only to find out there was no breakfast available. We learned that this was because there were only ten guests, so they didn’t provide a buffet.
On our first day, we arrived early and wanted to check in beforehand. I understand that early check-in depends on availability, but the reception staff was very dismissive, telling us rudely that we needed to wait because all rooms were occupied. It was clear they weren't making an effort to prepare a room for us, as if we were asking for charity rather than the service we paid for. Overall, this was a truly...
