It was the most pathetic experience we ever had staying in delhi in fab hotels marble arch, karol bagh. Pls dont be fooled by looking at the pictures which are fake showing by fabhotels online site. We felt if not 100 percent it will arleast be 50% of what they are showing online but no we were wrong. If I had an option to give less then 0 ratings will give that infact. We thought karol bagh is little safer area in delhi and we were looking fr decent hotel because we had a plan to shop whole day and just keep our luggage and spend night we needed a decent and hygienic hotel but who in this world that that this hotel would be too pathetic. It's an oldest building of karol bagh and full of dust. We already reached at 1 and the check in time was 12 and we were told that the room is not ready and we need to wait atleast 45 Mins more, the hotel staff is all Gundas and rude. Rooms are unhygienic, washrooms are not cleaned and too smelly. Breakfast area was too smelly and food was third class. Pls dont fool yourself and do not visit this property or if you have already planned pls dont prepaid your amount.

The location is reachable and close to karol bagh metro station . The room looked quiet shabby and the bedsheets were soiled. They had given only 1 towel for all 3 of us. It looked very unclean so we didnt use it. The toilet had a bad smell and yellowish seat cover abd the tissue roll looked like a used one. I bought a disinfectant spray, godrej aer pocket. harpic toilet cleaner block and new tissue roll (total amount rs.500) for our usage. They charged extra for the dental kits we asked. The toiletries provided were only two soap bars and shampoo. There were no kettle or any tea/coffee products, lift was not working properly, They even charged 10% extra for the room service on top of the bill and this information was not mentioned anywhere The service and overall experience of this property is horrible and terrific , if you want a hassle free stay in delhi this is not a good option. The reason we stayed for two nights was because the full amount was paid in advance. The mistake from our part was that we didnt check the room before paying and we relied on the reviews provided.

I booked a triple occupancy deluxe room at this hotel due to its proximity to the Karol Bagh market. Upon arrival, we were charged an additional 500 for early check-in, which, while reasonable, was just the beginning of our concerns. The room itself was extremely compact, barely suitable for three people. To make matters worse, we discovered two lizards freely roaming around our room. We immediately requested a room change, but were moved to an even smaller room, which felt like a downgrade rather than an upgrade, especially given that the first room was already inadequate for three occupants. I initially booked the room for two days, but was unable to cancel and receive a refund due to the hotel's policy. When I contacted customer service for assistance, I was repeatedly transferred between representatives who seemed unable to understand or resolve the issues we were facing. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Edit: I asked them for 2 empty plates and they declined. Reducing a star from service section

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days in october 2018. Booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child. The hotel was very clean - bed and bath/toilet. Double bed can easily accomodate 2 adults and a child. Mine was a strictly vegetarian family and I chose this hotel as couple of vegetarian reaturants are within 5 min walkable distance. Karol bagh market, metro station is close by. We only used the complimentary breakfast buffet on 2 days as we were leaving the hotel early in the morning for sight seeing. Complimentary Breakfast menu is limited. One day there was aloo paratha / semiya kheer / sandwich .And other day poori / baji / upma / sandwich ( being south Indian we liked this menu. Taste was also very nice). Boiled egg was also available all days. Staff is friendly. TV screens in both rooms were kind of delaminated but still viewable without much trouble for the short time as no one stays in the room for long in the day. They provide electric kettle in the room on request. Room service is available but starts around 7am. So, early morning tea/ coffee drinkers( like my family) have to wait,,😋. They allowed me to vacate around 12.30 noon even though checkout time is 11am. Also I could get my boarding pass printed at the reception as the shops we're closed bcos of festival. I will give 4.5 rating out of 5 . 0.5 less because of 2 reasons. 1.on my first day, there was some water heater failure and three was no hot water for bath in the morning, had to manage with Luke warm water. This made me worry as I had to stay for 3 more days. They fixed it before next morning though. There was no electric kettle in the room when I checked in. It was on the available facility list on the website. My parents needed hot water for drinking. Reception told me that they don't provide kettle's in the room. But, When I asked house keeping guy for hot water he got me a electric kettle for my room.

I will definitely recommend this hotel for family with kids and elders. We used hotel Balaji( 5 min walk) which is a vegetarian only hotel and offers quality idly , dosa, curd rice, etc for south indians. During our stay for food.but note that food is expensive . South Indian food is very expensive where ever I ate. Almost similar to airport...

My one-day stay at FabHotel Mable Arch in Karol Bagh, Delhi, left me thoroughly impressed with its exceptional services and convenient location. From the moment I arrived, the hotel's commitment to providing excellent transportation services was evident. The staff was efficient and accommodating, ensuring a seamless experience.

The complimentary breakfast served at the hotel was a delightful surprise. A variety of options were offered, satisfying different preferences. The quality and freshness of the food added to the overall positive impression.

The hotel's location proved to be a significant highlight. Its proximity to both the market and the metro station made exploring the vibrant surroundings incredibly convenient. This allowed me to make the most of my limited time in Delhi, effortlessly navigating the city's attractions and shopping areas.

The rooms at FabHotel Mable Arch were well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing space. Cleanliness and attention to detail were evident throughout the accommodation.

In summary, my stay at FabHotel Mable Arch exceeded expectations. The combination of excellent transportation services, a delightful breakfast, and a strategic location make it a standout choice for anyone visiting Karol Bagh, Delhi. I highly recommend this hotel for a satisfying and...

We stayed at a FabHotel for two days, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The property is in poor condition and very old, with little to no maintenance. There are local hotels nearby that are much better than this one. I chose this FabHotel expecting the quality associated with the brand, especially since it's categorized as a flagship, three-star hotel. However, the lack of proper audits and oversight is evident.

The staff was exceedingly rude, as if they didn’t care about customer service. It felt like there was no one on-site taking ownership of the issues. They advertised a 200 sq. ft. room, but it barely measured 130-140 sq. ft. Not all rooms seem to be in good condition. We booked our stay with breakfast included, only to find out there was no breakfast available. We learned that this was because there were only ten guests, so they didn’t provide a buffet.

On our first day, we arrived early and wanted to check in beforehand. I understand that early check-in depends on availability, but the reception staff was very dismissive, telling us rudely that we needed to wait because all rooms were occupied. It was clear they weren't making an effort to prepare a room for us, as if we were asking for charity rather than the service we paid for. Overall, this was a truly...
