Horrible experience at this place. Zero hygiene Rude staff Pathetic food No hot water Indecent service boys Firstly, they made us wait for really long for checkin even after informing them that we were going to arrive at a specific time (descent check in time 12:00 PM) The staff didn’t bother to even check why we were there, who’s name the reservation was in, nothing. We waited for an hour and even when my parents, who were senior citizens, asked they din’t care to respond properly. After checkin, the rooms were pathetic. Such dirty rooms, no soap or shampoo or other toiletries were provided. The sheets looked like as if they weren’t changed after the previous visit. When asked, they said they wont change. The night was horrible. There were so many bugs in the hotel, that the kids got scared. They dint even take proper measures like shutting the windows to avoid bugs. The dinner was another disgusting experience. After a really long and tiring day, they said they will serve dinner at 10. And they dint serve dinner till 10:30 PM. When they served food it was terrible tasting and had lots of hair in it. I couldn’t feed my toddler since it was so unhygienic. All of us skipped dinner and ordered food online. In the morning, despite telling them we had an early day and requested them to let the hot water running, they turned it off. The staff there played a blame game in one another. There was one staff member who was so rude that they just dint even bother responding when we questioned why there was no hot water. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

The room conditions were unacceptable. The bedding was dirty, with visible stains, and the overall cleanliness was appalling. The bathroom was unhygienic, with a foul smell, leaking faucets, and mold in the corners. It felt like no effort had been made to maintain the basic standards of hospitality.

The food was completely subpar. It lacked flavor and freshness, and some items seemed stale or reheated. My meals were often served cold, which made it clear that the kitchen staff had little regard for quality or presentation.

The attitude of the staff was the most distressing part of the stay. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissive and rude. Rather than resolving issues, they acted annoyed and made me feel like an inconvenience. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable in the hospitality industry.

This hotel does not deserve anyone’s hard-earned money or time. The poor maintenance, bad food, and hostile staff make it an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. I was left feeling harassed rather than welcomed.

Avoid this hotel if you value your peace of mind, comfort, and basic courtesy. There are far better options available, and staying here will only ruin your trip.

In February 2024 me and my friend booked for four days. The room stay was very comfortable for us, breakfast complimentary was good.

The main thing we recommend about this Hotel is SAFETY(5 stars). We are from Tamilnadu and on the first day we reached Delhi Airport around 1PM, from there we booked UBER to reach Hotel B Continental. The price for the ride shown to us is 466 but the driver demanded 1000. In a new place at midnight the cab driver was literally cheating on us and demanding to pay the price. On hearing our chats the Hotel B Continental manager Mr. Kailash and his staff came to rescue us. They stood by our side and safely made us go inside even when the cab driver was rude to us. Hotel staff stopped him and saved us by not letting him in. The cab driver on seeing the staff support had no choice than getting the right fare and left the place. In a place like Delhi and we are new to the city, Hotel B Continental staff really helped us a lot in saving us from a fraudster cab driver. We personally thank Mr.Kailash and his staff for the great support.
