We were given a very cold reception and were seated at a very noisy place but then we changed seating ourselves. We had specifically called if kids were allowed or not, they said they were, so we took our kids along. There were 8 of us with kids. We were asked to restrict the kids to the table and two waiters were placed near our table to man them. I mean it was so horrible as if we were eating for free or something. There was a b'day party going on for a 3-4 year old baby and their babies were all over the restaurant. We tried to reason out with the staff and they candidly said that the floor is slippery that is why kids are not allowed on the floor and whereas the floor wasn't slippery for b'day party kids. Such double standards. The staff was courteous but all the managers were damn rude.
Coming on food, the waiter took more than 15 minutes to note a simple order. We are pure vegetarian and had ordered margarita pizza but we were served chicken pizza. Imagine such a blunder in the hospitality industry and to our utter surprise no manager or senior person came to apologise for such blunder. Food was ok nothing out of the world. Dahi kabab had smelly dahi but by the time we realised it was over so we didn't raise any issues about it.
Lastly, we were seated in the restaurant area on the 3rd floor and went to the terrace with our drinks and requested to be served upstairs as tables were available. But one Mr. Aman very sternly and in the most arrogant manner refused to serve us. He said first clear the bill of downstairs and then only they will serve us at the terrace, as if we were running without paying the bill. We tried to reason out but you know how these guys behave when they have some good business and arrogance gets to their head. At this point we decided to just clear the bill and leave the place. Delia My Bar Headquarters ruined our evening.
All in all, if you want to get yourself insulted, then do visit this place. I am never again taking my business to this...
Read moreOn 24th December 2024, an individual visited our office claiming to represent My Bar and sold us two membership packages for a total of approximately ₹4200 (₹2100 per person). We were assured that these packages would be valid for one year and redeemable at your Noida location.
However, when we visited the Noida outlet the following week, we were surprised to find it shut down. A local individual informed us that it had been closed for several days, and ever since, no one from the My Bar team has been reachable via phone or other contact methods.
Furthermore, the individual who sold us the packages has also ceased all communication, ignoring our repeated calls and messages. This situation raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the packages sold and suggests that we may have been the victims of a scam.
We are extremely disappointed and concerned. As a well-known and trusted brand, My Bar has a responsibility to ensure that its name is not misused in such activities.
We would appreciate your urgent attention on the following:
Clarify whether this individual was an authorized representative of your brand.
Confirm the current operational status of the Noida outlet.
Explain what steps you are taking to address such fraudulent activities.
Provide a resolution — either a refund or valid compensation for the amount paid.
If this is happening with your awareness, it reflects very poorly on your commitment to your customers. If this is happening without your knowledge, we urge you to take swift and strict action to stop such misuse of...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at this cafe. The service was beyond disappointing, and the staff was highly unprofessional. We ordered a veg soup, but they brought a non-veg soup for one of my Jain friends. For a vegetarian, accidentally consuming non-veg is a huge deal, but the staff acted like it wasn’t important. Their attitude was dismissive and indifferent. To make things worse, the pasta had a strong fishy smell and tasted awful. It was completely inedible, making the overall experience even worse.
On top of that, the cutlery and utensils were filthy—they had a terrible smell, making us question the hygiene of the entire place. The lack of cleanliness was extremely off-putting.
The manager’s behavior was also disappointing. While he wasn’t extremely rude, he was still quite unprofessional. He initially said he would compensate for the mistakes, but in the end, he didn’t. Instead of offering a proper resolution, he started insulting us by saying, “Oh, you just don’t pay the bill. It’s fine.” That kind of response was completely unacceptable and made us feel disrespected.
Overall, this was an awful experience, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you care about hygiene, service, and basic professionalism, stay away...
