Hotel BB Palace — Hotel in Karol Bagh

Firstly I am visiting this hotel with my family Me, My Wife and My 7 year son. I wants to give a honest review because i am also hotelier so i know the hotelier feelings, First i have checked inn late at night 11 PM. 1 Manager Mr Ramesh ji and 1 bell boy was there to entertain us, Then they provide me smooth checkinn but when i saw my room as per my expectations it was dirty, like no proper cleaning used towels and washroom is very old type and very very unhygienic staff was very unprofessional, when i raised issue regarding they showed me another room there is RCC pillar front of bed so my wife ready to checked inn on previous one then we ordered one bottle mineral watter it cost us 40 rs higher then MRP, Okay Now we talk about their room services i have stayed there 5 nights but not a single order reached on time every order will be come after 30 minutes Manager Mr Ramesh ji behaviour is good but he is also not giving any discount like they have charged 3000 rs per night with breakfast and now i will share my so called complimentry breakfast they provide 2 pices of half done aloo paratha (with out aloos) 2 tea 1 small bowl bhaji and 4 oiled pur. I am completely disappointed with there services food was really wrost staff was very unprofessional bathroom was stinking and very unhygienic they always give excuses always give used towels, First day when we was reched i asked manager for earbuds because during travel i got cold so my ears not being able to hear but they were fastly says no for everything, My overall experience was very bad they made my holidays spoiled, They charged 3000 for that room according to me 1500 is more then enough for those rooms I never recommend to everyone go with family there if you are going through corporate work or you are single then its okay but not recommended for those who travelling with Family…

Only One think is good hotel location is near by karol bagh metro you can take e rikshaw front of hotel it will cost you rs 10 per person. Hotel is centrally located so easy access of metro an all nearby 2 km far from New Delhi...

Terrible Experience at Hotel BB Palace –

Would Not Recommend

I had a very unpleasant stay at Hotel BB Palace and feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same.

First of all, the rooms were extremely dirty. There were long strands of hair floating on the floor, indicating that the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The bedsheet and towel were both smelly and visibly dirty, which made it hard to even rest comfortably.

They charged ₹40 for a single water bottle, which is ridiculous. There were no bathroom slippers provided, and when I politely asked for a **plate to eat some snacks, the staff rudely refused, saying "outside food is not allowed."

Things got worse when I accidentally spilled a small amount of food on the towel. The hotel staff claimed that the towel was now “useless and can't be washed” and insisted I pay an extra ₹900 for it. When I questioned this unfair charge, the manager started fighting with me. I then asked to speak with the owner, hoping for a resolution, but he simply said, “You have to pay, or you can’t leave.

This felt like a scam, and I was completely shocked by the unprofessional and aggressive behavior of the staff and management.

Also, the photos they have listed online are completely fake – they might have been taken years ago when the hotel first opened, but the reality now is totally different. The rooms look nothing like the pictures.

There are plenty of other hotels in Karol Bagh at the same price point that offer cleaner rooms and much better staff behavior.

AVOID THIS PLACE...

Hotel BB Palace is a value for money Stay. Like other places it also has its own pros & cons. Pros: Hotel is located just few meters from Karol bagh Gurudwara. Also it is merely 15min drive from New Delhi Railway station. Room tariff is also pocket friendly. They do accept Local IDs as well. Manager was polite and helpful. Cons: There was some smell all over the hotel. Elevator was out of service. Restaurant was under maintenance. Tap water spilling all over on the bathroom floor. Bed mattress was in its worst condition, coils were about pop out of mattress. No cutlery provided for food we ordered from outside. PS: Room Key Card gets deactivated if you travel anywhere 1km away from Hotel. So do get it activated before heading to your room.

Overall it's an average Hotel with good...
