Our family stayed here during the Golden Triangle trip in Delhi. We had booked 2 rooms.||Both rooms were stunk with Mold and Smoke. We had to switch one of the room which also had same mold and smoke issues. We told the front counter manager, he sent someone with some spray. Now the entire floor reeked of heavy perfume smell. Bathrooms were dirty. This is more like 1 or maybe a 2-star hotel. There some construction going on on the same floor in one of the room. It was noisy. This not a palace...more of a dump. I called for WIFI and they said it's not working. No hot water for extended period of time. So if I shower..my wife had to wait for few hours to get any hot water in the tap. Hallway are dark and creepy. ||||However, here are some of the good. It's in a great location to get out and shop. We tried the breakfast. That was good and plenty. ||||If you are on a tight budget then this hotel is ok. I would advise finding another hote if you with family...

We found the hotel to be clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was very good & very safe jewelers street. . We spent a day in the endless markets around the corner called ajmal khan market.||Also we take 1 Day tour of Delhi city Tour from Hotel and Hotel provide very nice car & driver. ||We stayed here after looking at the reviews on Trip Advisor but we did not found any bad services according to Tripadvisour. The food was great - both the breakfast and dinner – Chicken and Rice very tasty. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Delhi, we highly...
Read moreMy father and brother had stayed at this hotel prior my arrival there. Therefore, I thought of going there when I landed in Delhi. It was early morning, the guy opened the door and instantly told me the hotel was fully booked and then start asking me qualifying questions in a very degrading manner like, this hotel is only for corporates only & what is the amount you are willing to paying to stay? What is your range etc. He is extremely rude, will make you feel unwelcoming and unfriendly. It is conveyed by his body language and facial expressions too. Having travelled across 3 continents and more than 50 different cities, this was the most humiliating hospitality experience. Please avoid this in Delhi. There are lot of other very welcoming hotels with warmth, are professional and know the true meaning of...
