If you want a senere and peaceful vacation in Alappuzha, you should visit its backwaters. Alappuzha is a strikingly beautiful city in Kerala with boundless lagoons, lush coconut groves, and silent backwaters. Swimming in the Alleppey backwaters is generally not recommended due to boat traffic and the presence of aquatic life. But u can go for speed boat which is really good experience. We stayed here for a day and it's awesome...i wanted to stay more in boat house experience was that good...food and service rooms everything was soo good.Upper deck of baot is next level we enjoyed a lot there by watching senere while boat moving. Even they have live music u can dance and can chill with your partner. Winters (October to February) are the best time to visit and explore Alleppey. Backwater is really nice however the operator we choose was average & require lot of training about what we expect in form of Services. No wow effect you will feel unless you really opt for better vendor & clarify in the beginning itself what Route to be covered & where it will get stay in the evening.
