Breeze Valley Resorts Munnar — Hotel in Kerala

All these good reviews are fake ,they r writing it to hide honest negative reviews.please go n check negative reviews(lowest score reviews )first before booking

Terrible service in-fact no service whatsoever !Very rude behaviour by lady owner/ care taker

No intercom..No call bell in room.Use your legs to seek any service

No one at the reception ever and no way to contact any one here.Its a house converted It is not a resort!They have just given name as resort!

Breakfast- is okay No fruits or juice.Just appam or idli sambhar ..Sometimes even coffee is not given -with lame excuses like coffee powder we got in market is not good.So you have to manage with just tea(Terrible in taste,you will feel you are drinking colored water with extra extra sugar)

They charged us for breakfast of 18months and 2 year old( None of the hotels charge for kids under 5) Lady is money minded

She lied to us that morning tea is complimentary in rooms but later at checkout charged us saying”I never told you this” Hahaha such cheap tactics to earn 120rs!

Also - No dinner lunch available so once u comeback tired after exploring Munnar u have to again leave to get food- very annoying

And yes now they will reply-Not our guest Hehe

Please improve your attitude and service instead of denial!

Do not book unless no other choice n read negative honest...

To be honest, going to Munnar for a vacation with my wife, daughter and sister worried me much, though I had confirmed booking at Breeze valley resort over mobile. The moment I arrived at the reception area I realized that I was worried unnecessarily such was their warm welcome. Such professional hospitality demonstrated that we decided to stay and enjoy Munnar ambience for the next 3 days(21,22,23 of October 2023). Mr.Jolly Antony and Sheena proved the true sample of excellent hospitality. With the advice of Sheena we parked our car at their premise and hired a Jeep for the mountain ride that enabled us to visit many places that we would have missed had we travelled in our car. The staff was extremely friendly and cordial. This is not a review but a reflection of that place, if you have any plan to head to that place you can simply ensure a perfect stay within nature with great facilities.

Very poor service. We booked 15 rooms and done payment and we got 14 rooms. The staff misbehaved with our family. They did not provided towels or anything. We booked full hotel for ourself so that we can have entertainment and enjoyment. But the staff there wanted us to stop our get together at 9:30 and go to our rooms. But we were there to have entertainment. So we cooked food and was eating and time was 12:00. Staff came and misbehaved with our brothers . And that was totally wierd. And i would not suggest this place for anyone. I strictly advice everyone to not choose this hotel for stay. This hotel do have good view at some rooms. But not enough. They took more cash for kitchen facilities for two days and also extra cleaning charges. They asked extra cash while leaving because the tbale cloth became dirty. So we cleaned it ourselves. Totally bad experience.....
