I booked one room and mentioned check in time as 12 noon on 7.01.'23. But I reached at 1.00pm. Allotted room No. 104. No one accomplished to room. So I and my family had to pull all our language and when tried to open 104 it was not opening. When called over phone one staff came with another room key and it was non in par with the room sought to be booked he change over to 107 but when we entered found that the bathroom door have no lock. When informed to reception they send 2 persons who seems maintenance staff after their 45 minutes experiments they informed me that the lock is not functioning and left. When I contacted the reception, the guy shouted and replied as ' sir we are checking other rooms as you are complaining and can't provide brand new rooms for you. You have to wait as we will take our own time'. The attitude shows they are not keeping the room ready before the guest arrives even I booked my room 3-4 days in advance after paying portion of room rent in advance. They are charging 2800/- for double occupancy. At last they gave us room 206 in 2nd floor. In the said room there is no fridge as assured while booking room. Only one glass, one tea bag, no tiolataries. As my wife stood on my way when I tried to complain, and advised to adjust. So we adjusted with the given amenities, even we have paid for the services which they offered. The wifi password also not provided to us. I informed the reception at 10 am on next day that we are checking out by 11 am so keep all documents and bill ready for payment. When we are at reception for check out, the reception guy demanded full room amount and ignored the advance paid at the time of booking. He was arguing with me that no advance is seen reflected in their system. Then a lady staff came and after searching some papers and informed me the balance amount after deducting the advance amount paid, that too not ever saying a formal sorry. Even addressed all my grievances to one of their manager who introduced himself as a retired naval officer. But none of my grievances are not attended by anyone. All together I had a total bad experience from this hotel and all their staff. So an advise to all Don't try this hotel which is highly Pais and style themselves as 3 star but giving service even inferior to local lodges. So please stay away from this...
Read moreI’ve been travelling for my job for about 6 years now, this is one of the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Here are the reasons for why I say so: The hotel staff is very unprofessional and rude. Mainly the receptionist who was on duty at night. I reached late at night I was extremely tired. The receptionist insisted I pay 50 % of hotel fee in advance or full which was not mentioned while I book the hotel. On top of that, he argued with me and kept insisting I pay in advance. After coming to an agreement for one day in advance it took him more than 20 mins to check me in. The bathroom sink kept clogging up. While I get that the hotel is old, they should at least check the drainage before a new person checks in. I gave only 1 piece of my clothing for laundry they returned it after 1 day but when I checked it was still unwashed. When I confronted the staff they did not deny that it wasn’t washed.since it was going to be my last day I didn’t return it to be wash. However they have added the billing for it which I confronted the receptionist about. This is the same receptionist that I mentioned before. Apparently once it is reported to the receptionist is set and stone. And the invoice cannot be changed at all even if they didn’t provide that service. When I mentioned that I won’t pay for that, I was rudely told by the receptionist that he will pay out of his own pocket and even when I was trying to explain he kept on mumbling under his breath.
