Pizza Hut | MG Road Pilimoode, Trivandrum — Restaurant in Kerala

I visited Pizza Hut for dinner with my family today. The service was pathetic right from ordering. The person at the counter was not aware how to take order and eventually no bill was provided and asked me to wait at the table to receive the bill. After waiting for 45mins at the table the order didn't come. And when they started bringing the order it was not what we ordered and staff where mutually discussing and getting what was ordered. Eventually I had to complain that it's pathetic service and they started searching the order in the system to find out my order finally then took another 15mins to deliver the same. I said clearly with pizza but we expect a min quality of service coz of the brand name and this clearly undermines that. Finally they apologized and provided complimentary fries and beverages. Nevertheless ruined a weekend experience of dining out. And the place was filled...

I bought a spicy pizza, the chicken tikka pizza, it wasn't even spicy, it had a bland taste, it didn't even have the tikka spice in it.. And the garlic bread in the banner and display looks big and round, but in real, it's just a cheap cheese on a small bread which looks like milk rusk.... The overall atmosphere was ok, just to look at, but it was hot inside, my friend was sweating like crazy.. And I went there around 12, the drinks wasn't available at that time. Today 22nd August we pkaced order at pizza hut Pulimood branch and we got such a worse or there is no vocabulary to tell how the delivery guy indecently talked. He doesn't know the way and order was already 1 hour late. We went to pick the food and instead of accepting his fault there also he was shouting on me, their customer and none of the staff stopped him. Such a waste i would say...i will never ever place an order...
