Q Nine Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

I'm going to this place for the first time and I don't plan to go there again. We had an awful experience from the waiter. We were not even given the menu. There were only 4 or 5 options given by him. While we were dining there was a power failure and we had to sit in dark in the hot 'atmosphere' throughout lunch. They didn't even use the generator or anything to tackle the situation. Though we finished lunch, they told there are no desserts on contrary to what they said in the beginning. People were suffocated inside the restaurant and coughing from the smoke from kitchen. After all this, we had to wait longer for them to give us the bill. Went to this restaurant with family after hearing some positive things . Haven’t seen such a reputed restaurant going down to this much disastrous level . Hygiene wise very bad especially the wash room area . The wash sink was blocked when we went in and it was same when we came out !!! I wonder were is the manager of this hotel 🧐 Service was level zero !!! Sad to say thi . We sat waiting for someone to take an order and saw other people next to us in the same status . Coming to the food - Meals was good and the fish items . But other than not recommending to anyone . Visited today around 4pm they said they have fish curry meals. i ordered .for the first time ever paid 161 rupees for it which only had a pickle ,pappadam, a fish curry with some ice cold rasam only nothing else .The same person who took my order after serving came and said sir we are out of other curries and side dishes. Then why did he tell meals was avaliable in the first place.
