The rooms were really nice and the concept is really unique and might be something you have never experienced prior. The staff was really polite and helpful as well.

The problem we had was with the accessibility. It was really hard to get to the place. The entry was through an alleyway in between two small street side shops. The Google location placed us in the middle of a busy narrow road. We couldn't locate the entrance. There were no sign boards or anything of the place. There was no way to park the car and check. We tried reaching a number that ended with '5522' several times that was provided at the time of booking but there was no response. Then we parked our vehicle far away up top at a 'pay and park' and came down walking to find if such a place was there. We asked a local policeman and he didn't know and he asked a person close to him, who pointed us in a direction and there a street vendor told us to go through an alleyway close to his shop. And thus we found the place. The person at the place told us that the number provided earlier doesn't work and gave an alternative number for contact and asked us to park the car at another pay and park up top (which is free eden garden guests). We parked our car at the place that he mentioned and walked all the way down with our bag to check in. Also food is not available at the place but lots of eateries are there close by. We request the place to put some sign board at the entrance from the road or else no one will dare to enter a creepy alleyway to check if there is a cottage inside or at least provide guests with a working phone number at the time of booking. List of below points was not available in the property ✔️ Cleanliness - Have lot of mosquitoes, bud-begs, Rats, unlimited lizards & snake (surprise visit). The entry of property will welcome you with stink of pee which is the regular urinal area for neighbour shop keeper. ✔️ Car parking - NO, you need to park car 1 km away from the property. Which is again not safe place. ✔️ Facilities - From water to food everything you need to order from outside. No reception or attender for your service. ✔️ Water facilities - No hot water and what is available its come for limited time ( to our experience is we 2 members out of 4 did out get water either to drink nor bath. ✔️ Location - Its near the beach but not beach view or private beach. We booked the property for 2 days and checked out the very first evening as location wise it is situated in the most shadiest lane along by the side of running foul smelling sewage. There is no parking space, you will have to park in a separate pay and park area which is nothing but just an empty piece of land managed by some Chai wala during day time, at night your vehicle is at your own risk. There is no thing called as reception there , there will be a guy who you would have to call minimum 3 times for just a bottle of water. The ponds that they are showing in pictures are nothing but just breeding ground for mosquitos. I have never felt this unsafe and uncomfortable in any of the stays of my life. Rooms are compact and the bathtub they have mentioned is the most unhygienic space ever.
