A Deeply Disappointing Hotel Room Experience

My friend recently stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. marked by unfair promises, unacceptable behavior, and deplorable service. What should have been a relaxing and enjoyable stay turned into an ordeal that left them deeply disappointed and frustrated.

The initial excitement of booking a room here quickly turned sour as I realized that the reality was far from what was described. The room I was provided was not only vastly different in size and quality from what they had expected but also completely opposite to the image that was initially portrayed. This blatant disregard for accurate representation left me feeling cheated and betrayed.

To make matters worse, the lack of professionalism among the staff was apparent from the moment I stepped in. Any attempts to voice there concerns were met with rudeness and even threats, a behavior that is completely unacceptable and contradictory to the principles of good customer service.

The initial agreed-upon rate of INR 1500 seemed to conveniently slip their minds, and I was subjected to additional charges without any reasonable explanation. Moreover, the absence of a heater in the room, especially during colder weather, added to my discomfort. The lack of cleanliness was evident, and the absence of even basic amenities further contributed to my frustration.

To add insult to injury, the room's lack of privacy was shocking. The absence of curtains left me exposed and uncomfortable, making a mockery of the concept of a private space.

However, the final straw was the revelation that the hotel had overbooked and, shockingly, allocated the room I had reserved to another group. This situation left me stranded with no alternative options, as the town was bustling and alternative accommodations were simply unavailable.

In conclusion, the experience at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. From unmet promises and unprofessional behavior to the absence of privacy and the disregard for my reservations, every aspect of my stay was tainted by disappointment and frustration. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this hotel to think twice, as the risk of a similar experience is not worth the potential...

Stayed for three nights. Very nice spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. Some rooms have mountain scenic view. They provided breakfast in the restaurant and Car parking is available. Excellent food at the restaurant. Dont miss Chicken Roast and Biryani at the restaurant. Best place to stay with...
